The staff went out of their way to find a unit as close to the front door as possible on the ground floor. However, and this is a big minus… it is way too hot inside the storage units!!! I have antiques and paintings. «Climate Controlled» to me, means, as cool as one would keep their home during hot summer months; a reasonable temperature like 72. I did not have a thermometer with me, but it felt like mid 80’s. I’ll be watching for humidity and mold.
My previous unit was perfect, but I had to move because I needed a larger unit and one was not available.

We use this storage facility to store my husband’s business’ supplies. I like how safe I feel if I have to go there by myself (even at night) because of all the security measures the facility has. It’s a bit pricier than others, but the location & safety make it well worth the price. By the way, the units are also climate-controlled.

From the first call to the move in process, it could not have been easier. All of the employees were most helpful and accommodating. The manager worked with us on the move in date, could not find a better price (internet rate) and was allowed to unload a Pod. My location very convenient. Using the elevator and their carts helped the process. They even recommended moving assistance that worked out well.
