We stayed here for three nights. Upon arrival, we realized they were remodeling. That was a huge inconvenience. Not only the noise, but some of our family could not use the elevator, and they also had to go outside to access their room from ours because of the remodeling. I feel like they should have told us they would be remodeling. The breakfast was okay. Nothing great about this hotel. I also killed a few bugs in our room and found a dead cockroach. Next time I will opt for a different hotel.

Here for a 2 day class. The clerk allowed me to check in at 7am in the morning, so I could freshen up before my class as I drove almost 2 hours this morning. I travel a great deal and checking in early is usually frowned upon much that early! The hotel staff has been great, room is clean and well appointed.

I chose this hotel after the positive reviews, however, I was greatly disappointed. It is a bit difficult to find and is back in the woods off the main drag. However with that said, safety was a concern. Upon walking into the room, it seems great, but when you take a deeper look, it’s not worth 5 stars. I was originally given the wrong room, but did not realize it until after I had hauled everything into the room from the car. While returning the luggage cart to the front desk, they asked how the room was and I told them it wasn’t what we needed but would manage. They did offer to switch rooms, but at the hour we arrived, I was not willing to haul everything upstairs to another room. The dishes were still in the dishwasher from the person before, the towels were dingy white, the mattress pad had stains on it as did the sheets, and the comforter was a weird contraption inside a duvet cover — almost like it was a mattress pillow topper but used as a comforter. I found an empty pill bottle from April next to/behind the night stand, and there was not a battery cover to the remote control for the TV. Also, there are not vending machines for sodas next to the ice machine, just FYI. Early the next morning, the suite above us was banging around so loud that I finally called called the room and told them they need to control their kids from banging around on the floor coming through to our room. Turns out, the hotel was doing maintenance in the room and switching out/updating furniture. Seriously?! I’m all for renovating, but I think it could wait until people actually wake up! I personally would not recommend this hotel as a place to stay. With all the problems, uncleanliness, noise, and long trek to a mediocre breakfast, I’d rather put my money elsewhere.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The initial impression is nice, it’s nestled off the 280, tucked behind a Walgreens and the Fresh market so some things are within walking distance. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful from the get go. Karen, Carla and Nikita were all so sweet through out our stay. We stayed for an extended period so the kitchen space was much appreciated. The room was equipped with plates, bowls, silverware, and basic cooking utensils. The fridge, stove and dishwasher all came in handy during our stay. Although the hotel does offer breakfast 7 days a week and dinner 4 days if you choose to partake. The rooms were spotless, The cleaning staff is very attentive and do a fantastic job. Tamara and Cynthia were sweet and even made suggestions for things we might do in the area since we weren’t from the area. I would absolutely return to this hotel or recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

This is nothing fancy, but it looks to be a fairly new property in a nice area. The Summit was right down the street. I am very picky about hotel rooms being clean. This room was spotless. The lobby was nice. Breakfast on Monday was a typical Homewood Suites breakfast. Nothing exciting, but again clean, healthy choices, and not so healthy choices like one of my vices Bacon. We checked in on a Sunday so there was no Manager’s Reception so I can’t tell you how that is at this property. The room was quiet. The bed comfortable enough. The room was spacious. The refrigerator and microwave were spotless. The rate was reasonable. I’d definitely stay here again.
