Karen did an excellent job for my wedding. My bouquet was absolutely stunning and everything was exactly as we had discussed. I was very pleased.

I used Hoover florist for my wedding last week. I did not receive a boutineer for the groom. The center pieces were barely noticeable. My brides bouquet was not any larger than the bridesmaids bouquets and mine was seven times the price! The bouquets did not have the flowers we agreed upon. We essentially paid 900 dollars for: bouquets, 13 single sunflowers as centerpeices, fake rose petals for the flower girl and isle, and fake flowers for arch. She arrived and hour and a half before her expected arrival time and I never saw her the day of. I am extremely disappointed in the product she put out because it did not match up for the price. I could have done a better job myself. Do not use Hoover florist for your event. You will not get what you paid for.

I have to say I am a bit disappointed that a requested ‘morning delivery’ of flowers so my wife could get the joy of the gift throughout the day was an epic fail. At 1:00 it hasn’t even left the shop yet? If I would have known that a morning delivery could not have been accommodated, I would have selected another florist or delivered them myself.
Sitting at lunch with her coworkers on her 25th anniversary with no flowers from her husband. Not cool.
Not sure how to respond without losing my temper.

Working with Karen at Hoover Florist for my wedding was great. I had absolutely no idea what I wanted going in (flowers were at the bottom of my ‘I care about this’ list when I was planning the wedding) but she asked enough questions to figure it out. Like I said, flowers weren’t my top priority but when I saw all the bouquets, corsages, center pieces, etc. I was so happy!
