SKKY Saturdays

Went to Skky on a Saturday night. Atmosphere was cool, VIP area was nice. Bartenders were super friendly and promptly served drinks. Music was Lit. Overall a great night. Felt safer and had a way better vibe than Vault which was small and guys grabbing all over you, even though I was with my dude.

I went on a Saturday. Thought it would be fun, clearly because it’s a Saturday. Music wasn’t horrible. DJ would not shut up so we could listen to the music and dance. Service was out of this world HORRIBLE and rude. Especially the lady downstairs taking the cover (which was $ 10.not worth it). NO ONE was dancing. Maybe 3 people seemed to be dancing on the sides of the floor. We stayed for about 3 hours trying to dance and waiting for it to get better as one of the bouncers continued to say it would but it never did. Idk maybe it gets better later on (around 2:30 maybe? We stayed til 1:45), but I’d like to have a good time at all times at a club and this one is just not the place. The only thing cool is the VIP lounge because of the white couches and blue color but 2 people were back there but it could hold about 40 so it seemed lame. Don’t waste your time or money.

Worst experience of my life. There was no class, the environment is awful and the music had no variety.

I’ve been to skky several times. They have the best bartenders with excellent service. They have special guest DJ’s and celebrity guest appearances all the time. The VIP area has booths with bottle service and tables that are separate from the booths with its own bar. Defiantly the best night club in Birmingham.

Loved it! Had my Bday party there. Had a VIP booth w/​10 people, everyone enjoyed themselves! Our server, Ashley, was great! I will be back!

These guys totally outdid themselves! Plush, custom VIP areas WITH YOUR OWN HOSTESS, huge dance floor, amazing sound and lights and not to mention their staff! The epitome of customer service and class all rolled into one. They truly make you feel like you’re the only person there! From the initial greet at the front door, all the way to being escorted up the elevator to your personal VIP section and back out again. Knowledgable barstaff and awesome music has you wanting to go back every single time you go out!

This is the best night club in the city of Birmingham. It makes you feel like your in a Miami or Vegas style nightspot. I had a blast, the music and the bar staff were excellent. If you want to party in Birmingham this is the place.
