Valiant Heating and Air

I’m not going to waste the reader’s time in writing a long, drawn-​out review; it’s completely not necessary. What I got with Valiant — knowledgeable, polite technicians = sure; reliable technicians/​company = me thinks not. After trying to go through our home repair warranty company and Valiant to try to resolve heating/​air issues in the unseasonably-​warm temperatures of mid-​October, my wife and I eventually gave up and decided to just eat the costs and go with a company we could at the very least rely on (see my review of Ethridge Heating and Air), b/​c Valiant (and actually Old Republic as the home repair warranty provider as well) was not it. Valiant/​Old Republic’s turnaround time to get our issue resolved = 5+ days of back-​and-​forth attempts to determine the work necessary; other service company = 10 minute phone call for appointment setup; 1 hour after technician arrival, problem resolved.
I’m not going to tell you who you should and shouldn’t go with for your specific heating/​air needs, but I will tell you to consider my experience as you choose. Good luck.
