Waffle House

Best Waffle House I’ve been too. Waitresses took a while to acknowledge us but TJ noticed and took over and gave us excellent service. He did an awesome job picking up the tables the other ladies didn’t seem to care about.
Biscuits and Gravy were delicious. Food was prepared quickly and tasted delicious!!!
Chef James was on the grill and worked diligently. Definitely recommend this place.

Out of coffee. Poor service. Forever to get the check. Management not present.

This is THA BEST waffle house. Seriously, when I came in everybody was incredibly nice and inviting. Our food was fast and super good! Our bacon and waffle were nice and crispy, and my omelet was fluffy! My complements to the chef! Ms. Jay was our waitress, who was happy, friendly, and attentive. When our food arrived at the table Ms. Jay made sure that I knew she was not happy with the state of my hash brown. It had stuck to the ring and was not as pretty as she would have liked. A few minutes later she brought me a new hash brown that was PERFECT. When she dropped it off at the table she let me know, that for her, it’s just as much about how the food looks as it tastes. I couldn’t agree more. My husband and I eat at Waffle House almost exclusively when we’re on the road. Some are good and some mediocre, but this one definitely stands out for all the right reasons.

Service was fast, friendly and food excellent! Price can’t be beat and after eating at severa, l this one stands out. The staff work like a well oiled machine and make a customer welcome!

My fiancé and I came here for dinner tonight and it was great. The server EJ is amazing. She was so attentive the minute we walked in the door. She gave us excellent customer service. The cook Jacob was fantastic as well the food was so good! He kept us laughing and he was very attentive to the specifications of our order. When EJ brought the food to the table it was cooked the way we had requested it to be. I eat waffle house often but this one was awesome!!! We will be back for sure!

Don’t bother to eat hear,
Ordered Pork Chops and eggs, NO PORK CHOPS, switched to Chicken, and it came out half raw, eggs under cooked, had to take Wheat Toast (No regular bread). Waitress had to apologize for her singing to keep her awake, thing is it was not that good either.
I had eaten here several years ago, but not again.

Don’t get me wrong. I love Waffle House. It’s my once-​a-​year treat. So imagine my disappointment when, while off on errands, my wife and I decided to drop into this location.
1) Service was not very good. The waitress would dribble it out to use a little at a time. She’d bring up a spoon, then bring us a fork, then bring us a knife, then bring us Sweet n Low for the coffee, then bring our waffles, then our bacon… you get the picture.
2) There were as many employees as customers in the place, yet we had to wait forever for food and a check. Really? C’mon.
So I’d recommend a different WH from this location. Obviously not paying attention to the little things.

Clearly, one goes to such an amazing establishment for 3 things.
1) The experience — Let’s face it. It’s waffle house. There are more stories that come from here than there are stars in the sky. One just has to sit and observe or participate and make your own story.
2) Breakfast all day, everyday, 365 day a year. Yes, there are other things to eat there, but the hashbrowns… are. so. good.
3) The regulars. The more you go, the more you feel connected to such a unique and dynamic community. You know that you’ve made it when the waitress/​waiter can set down your drink and ask if you want the «usual».
No need to commit on the appearance, cleanliness, etc. It’s waffle house. It’s elite.

I seriously LOVE Waffle House. I like my hash browns capped and covered and get that with two eggs and a waffle on the side. I love their fast, no-​nonsense service, I love the biscuits and gravy, I love that they serve Coke products.
The only thing I hate is that the closest one to Chicago is in Indianapolis and I will not go to Indiana for any reason — even you, Waffle House. So, someone put some money down and bring one to the area — PLEASE!!!

Scattered, smothered, and covered! Thats what I think when I see a Waffle House sign. You cannot go wrong with this staple of highway exits!
