I brought a stained shirt in only to receive it back in worse condition. They drowned the shirt in bleach and it lost a ton of color, softness, and there were big white stains on the front and back of the shirt where the stain was. I was appalled! At first, the store workers told me they could potentially give me money for the shirt or in store credit. However, when I contacted the owner of the franchise, he was adamant that I was the one at fault! The conversation ended with him yelling at me and hanging up on me, not even offering to reimburse me for the $ 5 I spent to have one of my favorite shirts soaked in bleach. Without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, so keep that in mind…

Valley Cleaners is my Blacksburg go-​to. They do a great job on both laundering and dry cleaning and service is friendly. They’ve never lost or damaged any clothing.
