The store has great merchandise, but DO NOT buy a basketball net from them or have them install it. Their installation company is terrible. Horrible responsiveness, they don’t call you back. One guy’s voice is was «full», so I couldn’t even leave a message after they made a major mistake installing our system. The customer service at this store is terrible. The manager’s don’t call you back when you have an issue, even thought they promise to. At least Corey and Lynn do not call back. If you have a simple purchase it’s great, but I would caution against buying anything complex or anything that may require any level of actual customer service.

Troy, MI
Most sporting goods stores are staffed by bored high school jocks. This Dick’s really isn’t different in that regard, but they are really helpful and friendly high school jocks. They helped me out, answered my questions, and if they didn’t know the answer, they found out. Things not in stock? They’ll order it no big deal. Sure, the prices are a little high compared to like Amazon but if you can’t figure out how to google «dicks sporting goods coupon» you deserve to be ripped off.
