Taste of Bloomfield

This review is for the 2015 event only. For $ 25, there’s really no reason not to go. Why? Because check out the amount of restaurants that participated: Amalia’s, Anthony’s Café, Anthony’s Cheesecake, Applegate Farm, Blue-​J Syrup, Brookdale ShopRite, Buco Ristorante, Casserole Bistro, El Matador Mexican Deli & Restaurant, Fin Raw Bar & Kitchen, Fitzgerald’s 1928, Frungillo Caterers, Jersey Artisan Distilling, Kona Ice of East Essex, Mr. Cupcakes, Orange Squirrel, Salute Bistro, Señorita’s, Spice Thai Cuisine, Village Gourmet Deli & Caterer, Yellow Plum, Zi Zia Pizzeria & Trattoria.
This year, you could buy the tickets in advance at Hot Bagel Abroad or Anthony’s Cheesecake, or day of for $ 30, but I wouldn’t wait till the last minute. They do cap the number of people who can attend and the 2015 event was packed. If you buy tickets online there’s a $ 2.37 processing fee per ticket (random, I know).
Parking can be rough so arrive early. And on an empty stomach. You can take as many laps as you want so if you leave hungry you’re a fool.
