Another example of very poor medicine practice. What’s the point if they don’t prescribe enough medicine to treat you. My Co pay is higher for urgent care but that isn’t a concern when you have and infection and miserable. I called a couple days later saying that maybe I needed something different, they told me to go to e.r. that wouldn’t be a problem but my fear is what if they half ass it like they did to and I get a huge bill and no care. I have good insurance not Obama care and I feel like this is third– world medicine practice. Are doctors and nurses just told to stop helping patients, make money but no commitment to health! What is the point of these half –ass medical facilities?

The wait is horrible! Before 9am they only have one doctor on staff. The staff is split half personable, nice, and sympathetic the other half is rude, simply do not care about you, and completely ignorant to your feelings. I had a lady come in to take my blood and she was so ignorant and rude, I asked for someone else to come in and take my blood! First and last time I will be going to this urgent care!

Its places like these that take the pressure off of emergency rooms and trauma centers. I have been educating myself on different healthcare plans and providers for numerous reasons. I APPLAUD those who work in the medical field in any capacity. This place is amazing due to the people that work here. I dont know what they do in their private time and its none of my business but in this establishment they carry themselves with a sense of humility and care!
