Jan and her husband run this great cooking school on the Square. I organized a cooking class for my graduate program and Jan was very helpful and Matt Oneil(Runcible Spoon, The Jazz Stop) was a great chef/instructor. They offer hands on classes and lectures. Great recipes, good value, and really nice people to boot. Matt walked through a beef fillet, sauteed salmon, and dessert recipe. And then the 10 of us got a chance to do it ourselves. I’m a major foodie/cook and I was happy with the experience. You might even get to try Jan’s amazing truffles.
