Came here with a few friends yesterday for dinner. The food was good(I had the Cadillac Steak Salad), and the drinks were strong. No complaints there. The service was… weird. Our waitress was nice enough, but the queen of TMI. She told us all about her eye surgery, how expensive it was, how she doesn’t have enough money to go out to dinner or to see a movie or to do this and that… it made for some very uncomfortable moments. We didn’t know this woman, and she pretty much launched right into her personal tales the moment we sat down. I know that often people are poor tippers, and I empathize with waitstaff who get continually screwed over. However, giving your patrons way too much information about your health woes and financial status is just weird and awkward. For the record, we tipped 20%…because we’re decent people, not because we felt sorry for her. Management, maybe talk to your waitstaff about holding off on the sob stories and tip-mongering?

5 of us ate here last night. We sat out in the patio area in order to take advantage of the happy hour specials. The deals at this place are awesome. Good selection of half priced apps and drinks. Flatbread pizzas are very good and the fish tacos are delicious and plenty of food for one person. For $ 5 each it’s a steal. The restaurant wasn’t very busy and service was great.

Food here is so good we have an annual family trip to the MOA just to eat here! I love the food. Shrimp tacos are delicious and burgers too. Get the loaded fries :)

I have been here a few times and it is a good place to go when you have a big group. The menu has a variety of selections. My personal favorite is the cheese curds, their burgers, and their flatbreads. The service here is hit or miss. Recently I went during when it was dead and the service wasn’t good. It just took forever for our server to come around. The drinks here are also good. They have great happy hour specials if you come during the right time. The whole restaurant itself is nice and has a nice«patio» Also, their is a mechanical bull that you can ride. O_O

Started with the kettle chips appetizers, had blue cheese, a creamy sauce and balsamic vinegar, it was awesome! I then ordered the No Bull burger, came with pulled pork and shoestring onions on top, a very tasty burger. The place is big and nice, the service was very good. Would love to come back and try other items that looked so good.

Very average. Nothing special. I had the steak tacos and they were just meh. In fact, I don’t really remember anything else. After all it was a mall restaurant so my expectations were not sky high. It’s fine if there is a wait in the other mall restaurants. Two stars for good and fast service and ok food.

This place is a gem when it comes to Happy Hour at the MOA. I’ve dined her twice in the past two weeks for HH. The reason I came back the second time was because I was super impressed with their happy hour. Given that they are located in the MOA, I thought everything would be more so on the pricey side. Food: +Wedge Salad: The wedge salad was not on the HH list but it was AWESOME. It was massive. I’ve never had a wedge salad before that had blue cheese crumbles and ranch dressing. They even chilled their lettuce so it was super crunch when you take a bite. +Wings: I tried two different kinds of their $ 5 happy hour wings. The first time I had the Cadillac style wings. It was a honey/sweet chili sauce. It was tangy but not too spicy. Loved them. The second time I had the buffalo sauce and it was good. +Flatbreads: I’ve tried both the margarita and the pepperoni sausage flat bread. The margarita was average but the pepperoni, sausage was awesome. I typically don’t like sausage pizza but theirs was like an actual sausage that was sliced into big pieces. The pizza was very thin and didn’t have much sauce, just the way I like it. +Cheese fries: These were good. If you love fries smothered in cheese, then you must get them! Drinks: My friend and I decided to get one of their«craft» beers. It was only $ 3, so it was worth a try. I got the Ale and my friend got the IPA. We didn’t have very high expectations because usually restaurants that brew their own beer usually don’t have the best beer. We were pleasantly surprised. We both enjoyed our beer and it was so cheap! Service: Both of my experiences were great. Our food came out on time and they were very time and efficient. I think this place has a great bang for the buck! My dad is also obsessed with the pork tacos. He orders them everywhere and won’t stop raving about them.

Eh. Although my salmon was cooked nicely, and the green beans were fresh and flavorful… The rest was not worth mentioning. Insta-mash potatoes, and very canned chili. Service was friendly and informative, but absolutely NOT worth the almost $ 100 price tag for a family of 4. Probably won’t return. If I HAD to, I’d just stick with a burger.

While I was a little apprehensive about this place due to reviews we did decide to give it a try! I was not disappointed! I had a juicy Lucy burger, it was delicious! The server was fast and attentive. The atmosphere was a little loud, but not too bad when you have 2 kids who want to be loud too. I loved the rock n’ roll décor. We all enjoyed our food, we ordered cheese fry appetizer, the husband had wings for dinner and then we ordered 2 kids meals for the little ones. Then at the end because it was our first visit,(they did ID us because we had beer), and saw we were from out of town gave us a $ 5 coupon to return along with 2 cookies for each of our children. I definitely would return!

Stopped in here for a cocktail and ended up sitting at the back bar. I have been to this chain both in Arizona and Tennessee in the past so the novelty is old with me. It’s a more active and noisy place so if you like that energy you will like that. My problem is my drink was not strong for the price I paid. Stick with tap or bottled beer.

I was approached to come back. There is new management and a better menu. There is an improvement from my first vist in which I vowed to never to go back! I was already at the mall so we stopped by again. Service was better(last time I was here for almost an hour and a half, but not because it was having such a great time) Food tasted better, but when my food was placed on the table I was like, oh that’s it? The prices are high, but that what happens when you eat at the mall. But seriously though I expected way more tots for $ 6(bad night?). But the food was good and the drinks were good too. I will however come back for a drink at the bar, rails are only 2.75! Stop by ride the bull, have a good time.

We dined here on a Monday night and you would have thought it was Saturday– it was completely packed! While on our layover in MN, I wanted to finally try fried cheese curds. Their menu was displayed in the mall, and I was thrilled to see they serve them! And they did not disappoint, I must say. Spicy jalapeño cheese, fried to perfection and served with ranch dressing. Damn, I could have had them as a meal! So fattening and so good! We shared a large shrimp salad that was also good, although I kept thinking about those fricken cheese curds. Mmmm Not enough staff for the amount of customers, so the service was slow.

Steak is better than most chains. Mechanical bull is a nice touch. Ordered filet and was cooked perfect medium rare. Shrimp not overdone. Veggies had good flavor and taters were decent. Service was good. Unique ambiance for a chain.

I thought the experience was good; better than I expected for a chain in the MOA. We got the shrimp tacos and the fish tacos and shared them, and they were delicious! They have good options for gluten free customers(gluten free buns and corn tortillas). The service was good; we waited about 20 minutes for food on a busy Sunday at lunch. Would come back!

Their drinks are pretty good, but that’s the only thing they have going for them. They probably make a lot of money being inside the mall. But the food was not good at all. Nothing tasted very fresh, and it was mediocre at best. Our service wasn’t great either. We had to ask a few times to get water. It’s hard to screw up French fries, but they were probably the worst part of the meal haha!

The only thing I enjoyed about this place was the beer and football on TV. I ordered sliders, medium might I add, and what came out on a nice long white tray was cold, overcooked lunch room style burgers. The meat looks as if it were frozen from box and placed in the microwave. Not impressed. Don’t think I’ll be back.

These guys thought that just because they have a great location, with a ton of foot traffic, they will make lots of money. Someone forgot to tell them that many of us shoppers LIVE here, and if you have crappy food and crappy service, we won’t be back. Not only that, but we’ll give you a bad Unilocal review so the tourists will also avoid you. We visited on Black Friday. The restaurant wasn’t all that busy, which should have been our first clue. After being seated, we waited 10 minutes before our server stopped by. She was pleasant enough, but after dropping off our drinks she never came back to take our order. We flagged down another server who went to find her. I ordered fish tacos, my daughter ordered soup and a salad. 45MINUTESLATER, our food arrived. In that time, no one stopped to see how things were going; no one offered a refill. A management-looking person walked through the restaurant a couple of times but never actually made eye contact with anyone. The food arrived and was mediocre at best. Once again, we had to flag down our server for the bill. Thank god we had cash so we didn’t have to wait for a credit card. There are many, many choices at MOA. Don’t waste your time and money on this one.

The food was great. Chicken tacos for $ 5 was plenty. 4 tacos with chicken, chipotle sauce, lettuce, cheese. This was the happy hour menu and the deals were great. The beer was a local brew on tap and a pint was $ 3. Overall a great place to take a break from the shopping and enjoy food and drink.

Me: I would like the taco flatbread pizza, but, sorry can i get it without cilantro? Bartender: yeah, its the age of entitlement, no one just orders the food anymore. Me: well cilantro tastes like soap to me and about 14% of the population. So, i’d prefer not having it added on. Bartender: i dont go on social media so I dont know whats trendy. Me: it’s not a trend, it’s science. Bartender: yeah, people find stuff online all the time and blah blah blah… Let it go bartender from Ohio. It is a simple request. I shouldve have to explain my food issues with you. Even fast food joints dont complain about leaving something off of an order. Is the food here NOT fresh and made to order? Is it sitting back in the kitchen premade, and customers asking for something without cilantro will destroy kitchen operations? Even Chipoltle has white rice without cilantro for customers like me. Food was good, experience not so much.

Not bad for a chain that is in a extremely popular mall. Overpriced, sure, but at least the food wasn’t half bad. My friend swears by the ahi tuna(some of the best he’s ever had). The boneless wings had too much breading on them for my liking. Cadillac ranch kettle chips was a good appetizer, though I wish there was more balsamic drizzle. The service was average. *Happy hour during weekdays 3−7pm in the bar section.

My friend and I stopped in for Happy Hour. It was really easy to get a table and while I thought we were a few minutes early, the hostess told me that Happy Hour had started. We ordered two martinis off the HH menu for some ridiculously low price. They were not that great(my friend sent her appletini back for a dirty). We then ordered the flatbread with sausage/pepperoni(okay), carnitas(good), guacamole(okay) and fish tacos(horrible). The fish tacos were way too fishy and were sent back. For HH, the menu was pretty extensive and dishes were cheap and filling. What irked me was when the bill came … everything had been rung up a few minutes before HH and at full price. It took another 20 min to adjust the bill and even then, the total was still too high. Our waitress was sweet and offered to pay out of her pocket, which of course, we would NOT let her do so we just paid the total. I have a feeling that this happens fairly often, with the mall being a big tourist attraction. I don’t usually regret going into restaurants, but Cadillac Ranch was a big miss for me.

This place is okay for what it is, I guess. I’ve been here a few times and every time it’s not very impressive. It’s a wannabe cowboy bar and grill, super generic food. Last time I was here was during happy hour, so $ 3 glasses of wine a cheap apps=winning! Our server/bartender behind the back bar was pretty bad. We moved to the back bar becasue we were a part of a book club that was moving back there, so we asked for the happy hour menu so we could order appetizers. He simply said he didn’t have any back there and that it was mostly just flatbreads and tacos. That’s it, didn’t go into details or offer to get us one. So we asked about some of the tacos and his response? «Nothing to write home about.» Well, at least he’s honest. It would have been more helpful to get us menus and then steer us into the direction of some food that maybe we would want to order, instead of just implying that all the food sucked? Anyways. We asked another bartender about the happy hour appetizers and he produced two menus for us from behind the bar. They were there all along. Bartender number one didn’t care enough to check. Then he proceeded to hover while we decided, annoyingly didn’t go away until we ordered, which was funny because we had to flag him down when it was time to pay. Turned out there was much more on the happy hour menu than he let on, so it’s a good thing we were given menus to look at. We did decide on flatbreads and tacos, and the food came out fast and was actually decent, but nothing spectacular. There were also some free apps included in the event, which were some type of cowboy chips with blue cheese, and they were awful. Skip those. Overall, not a great experience with the service, and the food was mediocre. Price was good though, and we had a fun time at the event despite that. Oh yeah! And there were several little gnats flying around that we had to kill with napkins. Gross.

LeDoux’s Ranch? Decided to spend a little time shopping at the Mall of America with the family, our little guy was on spring break from his child care provider for the week. We parked the car at «the old bean patch» and started our day of shopping for the little guy. As dinner time neared, it was time to figure out what mommy and daddy were going to have for din din. My Gnaw followers know us to not be fans of anything chain related, but unfortunately, that’s all that can be found at the MOA. We contemplated eating at; Crave, Hard Rock Café, Cadillac Ranch and Buffalo Wild Wings. Crave is more disappointing than it is delicious, we’ve both have never had good luck at Hard Rock so it was down to two. We should have went with Buffalo Wild Wings, because you’re going to need a case of daddy’s 90 proof to enjoy the food at Cadillac Ranch. Off to the Ranch we go and thinking of what we would consider ordering. We arrived, were sat quickly and ordered some drinks. My wife was honing in on a burger while my attention was focused on their Philly. Remember that case of 90 proof? This is where you’ll want to start sipping from the bottle… My wife’s burger, the BBQ Burger actually looked very good as it arrived to the table and I definitely wanted to take a bite. My wife cut it in half and the disappointment started. The only way to enjoy read meat is for it to be pink, well done red meat is just terrible and the dryness makes it inedible. The burger itself had absolutely no flavor and I’m still trying to figure out why cooks/chefs haven’t figured it out yet, salt and pepper goes a long way! My Philly on the other hand was a complete disappointment without even touching it. The bun was falling apart, it looked as if the cook started his very first day as a cook and the meat, again, looked dry as a dessert. As I took my first bite, I told my wife, «We should have went to Buffalo Wild Wings!» At least there, they have an awesome Jammin’ Jalapeño sauce that I love! Their Philly was dead last on my Twin Cities Philly challenge called, On The Streets Of Philasota!(You can find this by gong to my personal blog site which you will find in my profile) There may be a bar in this«barn», but I doubt the place stays as packed as Chris LeDoux’s Cadillac Ranch even if there is genuine 59′ Coupe Deville above the entrance. Yeah, I’m not sure it’s actually a 59 or if it’s even a Coupe Deville, but I might be close!

Meals at the MOA tend to run in the 3 star range but I couldn’t rate Cadillac Ranch even that high. Our service was horrible with our waitress delivering the wrong drinks and then we never saw her again until she delivered the bill. My husband had to go to the bar to have the drink switched. Our food order came about 25 minutes after we ordered. The Ahi Tuna appetizer was good but the Texas Wings were way below average. My order of fish tacos was ok but only because I asked for the sauce on the side. They tend to be very heavy on the sauce. We had to wait 20 minutes after we finished eating to find anyone who could produce our bill.
