Chipotle Mexican Grill

I am hard pressed to give them one star! I work in the MOA so I placed my order online for pick up. When you place your order online you specify which items you want that should be easy enough! However, when I opened my order it was not as I ordered.
They need to pay attention when you have a 30 minute break you don’t have time to run all over the mall to have your food order corrected!

Food is fine. I take huge issue with their unavailability of seating for people with kids, or the HANDICAPPED! Just a small handful of tables, and the rest are high-​tops! I had to SHARE a table with another family just so we could use high chairs. They need to rethink the seating, or put a sign up that says «tables reserved for handicapped persons or those using high chairs». Ridiculous.

Disappointing for a chipolte. There was no flavor to my chicken bowl and half my chips were stale and/​or little salted. Plus for some reason no lemons or limes which i use every time im there.

I was so focused on buying gifts for Christmas that I forgot to eat lunch. I wanted a salad and I finally found a place that would give me one. I’ve never had a salad that tasted this great before.

Straight up this is Chipotle is run by a squadron of dumb asses. It’s busy as fuck and they only have one person in the back prepping all the food for the front. Every person working the front is a 14 year old cross eyed mongoloid. It took god damn forever to get to the front of the line and by that time they ran out of chicken. Smh. No one made me feel like an outcast for being blasted with ink tho so that was sick. I guess go here if you’re too tired to keep walking.

It’s Chipotle… so you can’t go wrong… organic meat, fresh veggies, cheese, wrap… and oh, so, so good! Enjoyed the steak burrito today with white rice, no beans, tomatoes, sour cream and cheese… sooooo good! Clean and great service! So happy there’s now a Chipotle in the Mall of America! FANTASTIC!!!

The service is the worst I have experienced at a Chipotle. I submit orders for pick up through the website and they are never done when I come to pick them up. I pay through the website each time too. A manager didn’t realize this then called me and rudely tried to double charge me. The restaurant is always dirty too. Overall, this location falls short of the standard I’ve come to expect from Chipotle.

I was only impressed with the food. The service was the most pathetic service I have ever had at a Chipotle. Nobody had any idea what was going on and not a single person said thank you at the cash register. There was 3 girls working that same position and only one register in use out of the two of them. Poor service, good food. Ya win some, ya lose some…

You cannot go wrong with chipotle. So much delicious goodness!

Only one of two times that I have been to a Chipotle restaurant ever in my life. The latest being here at the Mall of America, whereas the other in Burlington, VT in May 2012. Chipotle’s specialty would have to be their burritos. One of my marathoner friends says that he normally comes to Chipotle and digs into a burrito after a race, so that was clearly a good recommendation! The location here at the Mall of America was a fast food diner type, as opposed to a sit down restaurant style format. That didn’t matter to me at all, just give me the burrito.
The overall impression of this Chipotle is that it was nice and clean. The service was decent and expected, since it was just a fast food restaurant. I took maybe a good 5 minutes before deciding what I wanted. After looking at what others had ordered ahead of me, I ultimately decided on the barcarna burrito, which looked like pulled pork, but probably named different in Mexico. I had white rice with black beans and nothing else. No cheese or guacamole. The lady who was at the condiment station was surprised to hear me say no cheese on my order. It was interesting! My marathoner friend got the steak burrito, which sounded good from the get go, but I ultimately loved the one I got.
The taste was stellar and nice. It really hit the spot after traveling from Fargo that afternoon and needed a hearty meal to satisfy the soul. Prices here are not bad for a tasty meal. The burrito itself is $ 6.25 for the chicken and $ 6.65 for all other meats. There are add on with the burrito, which is like the extra value meal deal at McDonald’s and other fast food giant chains. You can order other things besides the burrito, but that was an order for another time and place. It was a quick dinner here at Chipotle @ the Mall of America and simply enjoyed it. After that, we headed to the Cold Stone Creamery and had a fabulous dessert.
i probably gained like 5 lbs, but I didn’t care. I’ll get it off soon enough. Running marathons makes me super ravenous for food anyways. Chipotle is great to have. Similar restaurants who serve burritos these are worth checking out, compared to your fast food standards. You may be surprised at what gems you’ll find in your own community, and like me, when you travel. Overall recommend for Chipotle and hope to be back at the Mall of America sometime. Sooner the better!

Certainly, it is a cramped space where sometimes it is a battle to get a table (reminds me of the Hollywood location near Amoeba). The walk up there and back down to your car is good for you.
Food tasted as good (better?) than other Chiptole locations I have been to (and I have been to many across the nation). Do not recall the price being any higher than the rest of the chain.
I had Chicken burritos. It was a chicken burrito. Go have a chicken burrito at your nearest Chipotle and you should find out exactly what I am talking about. — E

The food is consistent as with other Chipotle, but I feel like the Mall of America location skimps out on the meat portions. Is the lease too high that you need to cut cost by doing this?!
Also this one is much smaller and cramped compare to other chipotles.
