Miller Properties

Me and my husband rented from Miller Properties for 2 years and had zero problems. We were in one of their old homes turned into apartments, very charming and reasonably priced (under $ 500). Great location too, an easy walk to downtown Bloomington and the bus stop in front of the courthouse. They responded quickly to any maintenance requests, we usually had their handyman stop by within a day. We’re very glad we rented from them.

My husband and I rent from Miller and they’ve been nothing but awesome. We live in one of their old houses turned apartments and we love living here — in fact, we’re not looking forward to moving away from Bloomington because we won’t be able to rent from them any more. It’s a beautiful house, and all of the properties that they’ve shown us are in good condition. Clean carpets, well kept hardwood floors, newer appliances, etc.
Sue, the secretary/​apartment shower/​etc is very nice and very friendly.
Between each new tenant for an apartment the carpet is steam cleaned and other various cleaning procedures are completed (not sure what those are, but it keeps the apartments in good condition). If there is a problem, all you have to do is ask, and they will do what they can to fix it.
I cannot recommend them highly enough, they’ve been very good to us.
