This store rocks! I love traveling and visiting consignment and resale stores and this one is one of my favorites. Knowledgable and helpful staff, great merchandise, and phenomenal deals. I can’t exit for my next visit to the area to find more great deals for my growing boys! Don’t forget to check out the books and toys.

Nice staff, huge variety! I had never been to one before and could spend hours in there. Great for anyone with babies for those items that are expensive but not needed for long periods of time. Get it at cheap price and resell it back to them.

The shop sells used kids’ clothes, shoes, and books, as well as new and used toys, cribs, and other kid paraphernalia. They expanded this last year, and it’s quite big now. Definitely worth a visit for those with kids and a budget. Some items are thrift-store worthy; others have never been worn, and there are good finds somewhere out in those racks waiting for you to discover them. A couple of things to note: if you want to sell clothes, my experience has been that the staff will reject a *lot* of your things, even if they’re clean, nice, and lightly used. I’m not always sure why this is, but it seems to have to do at least in part with a buying preference for Old Navy, Cherokee, and a couple other chain-store brands. In my book, that’s a serious bummer. Why? Because down-market chain-store clothes are cheap, they look cheap, and they wear cheap. For instance, I think Lands End makes really good quality, decent kids’ clothes, and if you’re a bargain fiend, you can buy off season and get a great deal. But OUAC doesn’t seem to buy or sell Lands End. They won’t touch the fancy brands I get from my in-laws. And they really don’t have much of anything beyond what you could get new at the mall — admittedly at a lower price since somebody else’s toddler has spilled ice cream on it eighteen times.(Did I mention I hate going to the mall? That’s me. Anti-mall girl.) Over all verdict: thank god we have a consignment store for kids’ stuff. Too bad it’s not funky, cool, or funny. P. S.: OUAC is in a strip mall, on the north side of Third.
