Came here to get a haircut this past Veterans Day and got a free haircut for being active duty military. The haircut was enjoyable and I also got a free MVP upgrade. The lady who cut my hair was very friendly and I did not wait very long at all. Highly recommend!

Waited 45 minutes to get a cut, not a huge deal my biggest issue the girl cut her finger while cutting my hair.
Left to put on a bandage told me it happened the day before also. Used the same scissors to finish. I said something they didn’t seem to mind giving customers blood borne diseases. Disappointed to say the least I may now have contracted some shit from this place.
I plan on contacting the health department.

Went here on a business trip. They offer military discounts and did a great cut. Will definitely be back whenever I am in town again. Thanks!

I went to try this salon for the second time tonight and was very displeased. The first time i went here was about a month ago, i walked in to no one waiting they put my name on the list. I figured since i was the only one there they could take me straight back, nope think again i waited 25 mins while the employees talked in the corner. The worst was they werent just talking they were talking about other emplyees. I was very uncomfortable and put off, they finalley brought me back to the chair, jayna was my stylist she smelt like a old dirty cigarette, it was disgusting she gave me a low quality haircut. I asked her to take the sides shorter she refused. Then they brought me back for the free mvp upgrade it was quick not very enjoyable and uncomfortable. I left that day unhappy, i am not to judge a book by its cover so i fiqured id give it one more try. I showed up at 740 tonight and they closed 20 mins early i banged on the door since the door said they were open till 8. The yelled were closed. I will never go there again

Sport Clips is a hair cut place for Men. As of Oct 1 2011, I went in as a customer I have been for the past year and a 8 months, and got a normal haircut i have always done and it was great. When I was about to pay I have a coupon from Rainbow foods that prints out every time you buy something on the back of the receipt that was a expired on Sept. 30^th and I asked them can I used this since most haircut places take old coupons and they wouldn’t take it. I mention to them about my long history with them and hefty tips I have gave every time I got my haircut and they rudely said «I cant take it and I should go buy something at rainbow before i come here next time. I was not happy they would not honor it since you can just go to Rainbow and get a new coupon. I would rate this place a F for its customer service.
I have recommended 4 people to this place that are also no longer customers as well because of this issue, please stay clear of the unprofessional staff and there owner/​Boss that wouldn’t offer the coupon.
