Reasonable prices. Decent food after a night out. The staff is amazing. Shoutout to the guys working there!

I thought The Big Cheese was really good. It’s not like a sandwich off the children’s menu because each bite of my Three-Pete sandwich(cheddar, provolone, mozzarella [plus I added bacon for $ 1 more]) was super cheesy, melty and warm. I honestly loved it. Plus there were a lot of meat and cheese choices, so you can choose a pre-designed sandwich from the menu or design your own for $ 5(plus add ons for extra). The price was good too. If you only want the sandwich some are cheaper than $ 4 I believe. It only gets pricier if you want fries and a drink, but even then the price is fair. Plus if you don’t want fries there is a soup option. AWESOME. I wish they’d collab with Darn Good Soup and then I’d be set. Side note: The drink prices, even though I didn’t get one, were very fair. If you like grilled cheese I think I can say with confidence you will like this place. If you’re looking for gourmet, unbeatable, knock your socks off food then you’re in the wrong town altogether.

I love their grilled cheeses! They have some great options to try. Definitely try them out when you can.

Don’t believe the hype! Seriously, this place is underwhelming and over priced. $ 8 for a thin sub standard grilled cheese? Friends got the Mac and cheese sandwich, dry, lacking flavor. Half cooked fries, sprinkled with a healthy portion of bad attitude. Plenty of other food trucks where you actually get your money worth.

The Big Cheeze the day of reckoning is upon you! Prepare for the most negative review of your business’ life! Haha, I’m just kidding. I love you guys! What a great idea you had for a food thing. Your business is just the children’s menu at a TGI Friday’s but also in a truck. Not only that, but you really do have all my favorite things. A name where the letter«S» is replaced with the letter«Z», Check. You roll around in front of my favorite places like ice cream stores and also bars, Check. You respond quickly and politely to bizarre messages I left on your Facebook page last week, Check. «Great job on that checklist, Cody. Covered all the bases.» you’re probably thinking. Okay, though, I am going to come clean with you actually; I have been trying to come up with a way to defame your business for well over a week. Like, I have ordered multiple things off your menu, and then tried to recreate them at my home, followed by a blind taste test to see whose is better. I wanted to be like«Coulda’ grill’t it better myself, I reckon. F minus.» Did not end up being the case. Long story short, my grilled cheese sandwiches suck! Nobody enjoys them, especially me. I would upload pictures of my gross sandwiches, but I think that might be stretching somewhat, in terms of like, relevance to your business. They weren’t as good as yours; no more needs to be said! What better praise can I give you? Well how about this? How would you guys like to make my idea for a fried chicken food truck, Cocks Mobile, a reality? For a small fee, this idea and more could be yours! I already have a location staked out(The Cock Block) as well as some menu ideas(Coop-Cakes). Ugh, sorry. I will stop. The point I am trying to make here is that I think some of your menu items have dumb names. I have a lot of trouble saying the words«Mac Daddy» or «Cheezy F. Baby» in person. Honestly, every time I go I just describe the sandwich I want and have you guys say the name. The simple solution is just to number your menu. Please number your menu! My second issue is that I missed Grilled Cheese Day where you guys offered double decker grilled cheeses. I was forced to make double decker grilled cheeses myself with the finest of cheeses. Afterwards, you guys told me that the double decker thing would just be like a regular feature on your new menu. Yet, when I went the day after, no double decker thing??? I cross my heart, swear to Dog that I will change this review to 5 Coop-Cakes out of 5 when you put the double decker thing on the menu. Until then, 4 Coop-Cakes out of 5. F minus.

Honestly not awful for a food truck but could get a much better grilled cheese at 5 Guys or grill one myself. Needed more butter and even cheese on the original. The«Mac Daddy,» a Mac and Cheese stuffed grilled cheese was much better, but still expected much more out of the idea. The fries weren’t bad at least. With such creative potential I am upset by the quality, however it is definitely convenient after a few drinks at Killroy’s or Dunkirk right across the street. The Big Cheeze truck is usually around on busy Tuesday’s and other big bar nights. Would stop back for some drunk fries. Quality: 2⁄10 Atmosphere: 8⁄10 Creativity: 7⁄10 –A&R

The Big Cheeze is awesome — friendly people and great food! I’ve tried the Momma Smacker, it’s filled with mouth watering flavor! And my wee one loves the classic Wimpy. Try the cheese fries, they’re great, love the batter they’re made with.

Maybe my favorite restaurant in town, but they keep moving around! I’m always craving cheese & I love this place. All the comfort in one truck. Wonderfully, down-to-earth guys working there. Love this place! Follow them on Twitter to see where they are!

This food truck hits the spot! Delicious grilled cheeses. My favorite is the Cheesy F. Baby with buffalo chicken but the Mac Daddy is a classic! Also can’t go wrong with the CBR fries or the mozzarella sticks. Gonna miss this when I graduate!

Tried it when I looked for something to eat in the evening, and I feel impressed. Loved the sandwich and fries.
