I have always had a great experience here and nice to be dealing with a local company and its owners.

My husband wanted to surprise me with a ring for our 20^th anniversary and asked our daughters to find one that I would like. Knowing that the investment would be a healthy one, they secretly asked me to narrow some down for them. They went to three jewelry stores but liked the jeweler here because she seemed interested in the family. She asked about everything that was going on in our lives, wanted to see photos, etc. The girls met with her separately, I met with each girl with her, and each girl met with her individually. Each time expressing that this was a surprise for me and not to mention that I was here.
When my daughters finally took my husband in to purchase the ring, the first thing that the jeweler said was, «She likes this one», and «She calls this the BIG one», etc. We had narrowed it down to two rings, yet she also showed rings that we had decided against. The girls were texting me from the store in total shock at the way she completely disregarded all our wishes that it be a surprise for me.
Needless to say, I asked that they leave the store. I am grateful that my husband thought of such a lovely surprise for me, and am so proud of my daughters for all the thought, time, and effort that they spent to try and make the surprise work.

I wanted to pop a review up for this business as they have come through for me about 5 times out of 5 visits which is a refreshing change. I have had them replace watch batteries in several watches including a special talking watch for a visually handicapped relative. The jeweler was able to fix my glasses after TWO different incidents which involved custom soldering that is undetectable! They fixed a very dear ring for another relative and it honestly looks better than it did new. The commitment to service and meeting customer expectations is SUPURB! I would highly recommend visiting the location for simple or complex needs you may have.
