T N Nails

Went in for a fill and an eyebrow wax. Not the cleanest salon I’ve been in but I’ve also seen worse. their wall says a fill is 15 which is fine and very reasonable. No pricing for eyebrow waxing at all but I figured it couldn’t be more than 10ish. boy was I wrong! The man told me I owe $ 40! For a basic acrylic fill with Polish and an eyebrow waxing… One of my nails is crooked as all get out and I even mentioned to her it was and her attempt to fix it made it worse. To top it off I handed the man my debit card and he said what, No cash? I will definitely be looking into other salons next time.

**Recommended only for dirty sadists** They go for blood! Seriously, this woman dug into my nails and pulled the edge off and literally peeled my skin back and until I was bleeding. She asked, «Did that hurt?» To which I said «Yes!» She shrugged, offered in inauthentic «sorry» and proceeded to do the same freaking thing to my next toe. So then to stop the bleeding she poured peroxide on my foot, without asking or warning. More concerning is that she had the peroxide right there on her handy dandy wheely cart. Made we wonder exactly how often this happens that you need to have peroxide with in arm’s reach at all times. I’m currently staving off two infected toes with betadine at home. And I just hope to god that I don’t acquire some other rancid infection from their substandard hygiene practices. See below.
I could not agree more with the other review by Gina B so I will quote part of her review here as it captured the essence of my impression too. «SUCKED!!! I found this place to be unkempt, unprofessional, unfriendly and poor quality work.» Um, yep. Pretty much. They were a bit dirty and I’m pretty sure they do not keep up to hygiene standards required by law. They used the same tools from person to person without sanitizing them in between — I watched it happen with my own eyes. The pumice stone she reached for to scrub my feet with was so used and worn down it could have been a smooth pond stone in your garden’s water feature. Disgusting.
If you hate someone you should get them a gift card to TN nails. If you’re lucky they’ll acquire necrotizing fasciitis.
