I placed an order for my wife’s birthday, and paid for an «upgraded» version of a stock arrangement. What I revived was a sickly version of the stock arrangement with less blooms and completely different colors than what was specifically ordered. While the people were willing to refund the full amount or make a new bouquet what they fail to realize is you don’t get a second chance to make a good impression. My advise would be go through another local florist or at a minimum go in and pick up your bouquet yourself. I would post pictures however it isn’t giving me that option.

Stopped in to pick up some flowers for my mother. They made a nice arrangement that looked beautiful for a good price. Very friendly, and new owners since I was in there the last time last year.

The exact same thing that happened to me in the exact order from Clint B’s post. I was charged for $ 60 Mother’s Day flowers to be delivered Saturday. Delivery never happened. Emailed Sunday. Called Monday. Was told I would be called back and never was. This business is atrocious. I sincerely hope they close and everyone there is unemployed forever until they apologize to my mother.

I have used them many times and they always come thru !!! Even on short notice, I ordered some flowers around 10am and they were delivered by 2pm and were beautiful. I did notice the other review from Sophia R. in Clearwater, FL and wonder how she can blame them when they seem to have done the proper thing and sent her order as requested to a shop in Florida for delivery to her house. How can they be blamed for someone else’s flowers in another state. Regardless Rose makes beautiful arrangements and I highly recommend Berkeley Flowers and Gifts :)
