So disappointed in this Corner Bakery. CB became a «go to» breakfast spot for me after I found them on the road. Love their Swiss Oats and you can’t find them elsewhere. But 3 weekends in a row and they’re out of them(at 10:30)!!! Goodbye CB.

Love this place! You get your food quick, it’s clean, and it’s delicious! Baked potato soup is my favorite! The Corner Bakery always catered at my college(Lynn University) and was always so good. I moved back to NJ and I have to say that this is the one thing I miss the most!

Don’t even bother with your Unilocal coupon they don’t accept it. The salads and the sandwiches were very good and prices seemed reasonable. I just can’t get passed the fact that they refused to honor the Unilocal offer. A very bad job on their part in my opinion. Very similar to Panera’s but I thought the portions were larger and the food was better.

I like what Scott wrote earlier, other than the fact that Einstein Brothers Bagels is sacrilege to New Yorkers. That said, this place attracts a slightly younger/more upscale crowd than Panera. My wife and I split the entrée chopped salad easily(a server had a hissy when asked for another piece of bread and, although I asked for club soda and was given cups to self-serve, they don’t offer that choice!). Stayed there for a long time with other couples and was never urged to leave. Definitely worth trying.

A nice spot for a working lunch and has free wifi. I prefer this option to Panera. I like the menu selections better and I think the food is healthier and tastes better. Friendly and hard working staff. I also like their black currant ice tea, tasty and doesn’t taste soapy like at Panera.

I came in on a rainy day for some tomato soup and grilled cheese. The tomato soup was way too salty. The side they gave me automatically was plain potato chips, which are pretty boring. I asked for another flavor, and was only offered carrot sticks. No thanks. Then, when I went to Unilocal to review the restaurant, I saw that I get a free cookie for checking in. Nope, not here. I was told this is a franchise, so they don’t do it. Harrumph.

This is an interesting concept that I met thru work colleagues for lunch as well as their bakery goods. This is not simply a bakery, but more of a bakery //upscale Panera eatery. Every couple weeks a coworker would bring in these beautiful and very tasty coffee cakes. The traditional cinnamon as well as some seasonal ones like Lemon, Pumpkin etc … Fresh baked and not the grocery store variety. Each one offered the correct flavoring and never overpowering. Delicious !! In visiting to pickup some items for home I noticed that it wasn’t stocked with just bakery goods but it offered a nice healthy menu with soups, salads, and light sandwiches. The flavors taste well and has that traditional made from scratch daily fresh appearance and taste. Nothing appeared previously made or pre portioned. Prices are fair and the menu is likely considered a little more adult in nature. Have a nice light meal and consider a pasty or fresh cookie as possible. Get their early as it appears that once a baked good is gone it’s gone for the day. No pulling out a frozen one here !

Great coffee of many types is the cornerstone of this nice restaurant. You can have your choice of many good breakfasts served in the stupid«put a number on your table and we’ll try to find you» style. All after you pay up front of course. It usually works okay. Corner Bakery has frequent good deals and specials especially the coffee free for a year. This is great. You stand in line in the dark one day a year to be one of the first hundred customers and they give you a Corner Bakery container that you can bring back anytime for free coffee. This works great in Boca where many people consider themselves too good to wait in line. I love it. Corner bakery is very clean and a nice spot to drop in on for a quick bite.

Ok I am a Starbucks lover ’til the end taking up at least 5 spots on Taylor Swift’s list, but honestly Corner Bakery has them beat. I got the vanilla frappé and bacon cheddar panini to go and these were about equal in price to the double bacon and vanilla frappucino at Starbucks. But this is where the equality ended. First of all, the panini comes wrapped in foil so it actually stays warm when you go, whereas the Starbucks sandwiches come in an open-ended bag. The sourdough the panini comes on is REAL sourdough with actual amazing sour flavor and at first I thought the cut the crusts off for me, but then noticed the crust is actually not some gross burnt hard thing, but a soft, oily, beautiful wonderful thing to actually eat. I need a loaf of this bread! Next, the eggs are not some microwave concoction but actual eggs someone cracked into a frying pan just for me. And the bacon was crispy and fresh, not chewy at all. But a word to the wise, be prepared to use two hands for this endeavor, as evidenced by the egg on the floor of my car. On to the frappé! At first I was going to say it has a complexity of flavor beyond Starbucks… then I identified that complexity as actual coffee flavor instead of just plain vanilla smoothie flavor. And THEN I had an epiphany — the vanilla frappé tastes exactly like melted Haagen Daaz coffee ice cream, with a ton of whipped cream on top(and whipped cream weighs next to nothing so that is a mountain of whipped cream). In fact, I started to think it really is melted ice cream. And I have absolutely no problem with that. Amazeballs. Now I need to find some cholesterol pills to maintain this lifestyle…

I really enjoy the quick togo service they provide since I work across the street I usually am in and out within 10 min in the morning! Today I ordered the ham and spinach flat and upgraded to steel cut oatmeal! They had a cool chilled oatmeal that I really wanted and although they were the same price they wouldn’t let me get that one. I even thought it would be easier to prepare given that it’s chilled, you just have to grab it from the fridge. A little frustrating but I’ll enjoy my steel cut oats because I bought it.

I really don’t understand why I consistently receive marginal service here. I’ve been here half a dozen time now only because I’ve had business appointments here, and it’s really hit or miss, but usually it’s a miss. The coffee — I DO like their dark roast. However, service is important to me, and I’m done visiting this place only to get shot down with the service. Most recently, two days ago, my husband dropped me off for a haircut nearby, and we agreed to meet here afterward. I asked the person at the counter if they had almond milk(I couldn’t remember; I know there are many cafes in the area that DO offer almond milk, and couldn’t remember if this was one of them). The manager(or owner??) standing nearby said, «No, and it’s unlikely we’ll ever get it.» Reading that comment here on Unilocal doesn’t seem like a big deal. When you’re a customer inquiring about it, and the person responding has tone in his voice, it doesn’t come off well at all. I shrugged it off in my head, even though he came off as annoyed, but I noticed something… As I was waiting and waiting and waiting for my coffee order — they ended up losing my order somehow, so I waited a solid 10 minutes before a gal asked me what I was waiting for — I noticed that NO employees had even a remote smile. Was this just one bad day for them all? It starts with management. If management scowls at a customer, or management doesn’t at least paint on a pleasant face, why should the employees? Sometimes it’s very telling to just sit back and watch. Watch how the unhappiness just permeates from one person to another. That was my most recent experience at The Corner Bakery, and the last time I’ll be stopping in.

Thank God you came into my life Corner Bakery, when I thought Panera was all my future could hold… there was you. I love this place. It is conveniently near my house, it has wifi, it has yummy food, it has a variety of food, it has good breakfast and lunch options, it has great coffee, it has yummy sweet treats! Just to name a few reasons. So, so breakfast I like the power panini and add bacon. It is spinach, avocado, cheese and then bacon. It comes with a side of some kind of smokey salsa, which actually goes really well with it. I like the mocha coffee or cortadito — I think thats what its called AKA strong cuban coffee. For lunch I always get the mac’n’cheese with tomato and bacon — to die forrrrr! Then half sandwich some turkey and avocado club type sandwich which goes down a treat. If I’m feeling it, I get a huge chunk of coffee cake or lemon loaf to go with my coffee. You get a free cookie when you check in on Unilocal.Check online because they frequently have coupons for $ 3 off too. The menu also boasts of great pasta bowls and paninis which I’m yet to try. It does get busy at lunch time, you may have to park further within the shopping mall. Inside there are a lot of booths and tables; I tend to sit outside anyway as the perimeter is lined with 2 seat tables.

I would of loved to love this place but it just wasn’t there for us. Such a cute little«café» with plenty of sugary treats along with breakfast, lunch, and dinner! We visited for an easy, decision free dinner and ordered combos with a panini and soup. No matter if you are dining in or taking out you order at the counter and then they will bring you your meal if dining in, which we did. I ordered the California Grille Panini with Roasted Tomato Basil Soup and it just wasn’t as good as I hoped. The soup was like pouring a can of pulsed tomatoes into a bowl and heating it up. A very strong tomato taste with no real seasoning and the panini was also a bit flavorless to me as being very flat with not much filling. My husband ordered the Turkey Pastrami with Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup and was also not impressed with the quality or flavoring. We also ordered their Pumpkin Latte which had a very weak pumpkin bite to it and an assortment of goodies which included their Monster Cookie, Oatmeal Currant Cookie, and Pumpkin Whoopee Pie. The cookies were quiet good with lots of ingredients and a pleasant taste. The whoopee pie wasn’t bad just not for me. Overall a 2.5– I think this place could be good and would try it again if the opportunity presented itself but… We also had a bit of a problem with the service and had to go up to get our treats as he never brought them even after we were finished eating. Maybe a free cookie with check in ;)

Always nice for a quick breakfast. So many choices that no one can go hungry. Kids meal of eggs look like a half doz. Just huge! Granola yogurt parfait hit the spot. Bonus for yah kids = coloring/puzzle books with real crayola brand crayons. LOVE It! Only recommendation would be to separate the lids for coffee and soda, that area was highly congested and difficult to maneuver

I came here one late afternoon on a Saturday for some lunch with a friend. We pulled up right to the front because parking was decent at this time. We walked in and it took me a little to decide on what to order. I decided to get the mac & cheese along with a side garden salad. I ordered from a guy who had a thick accent and was super friendly. My friend and I took a seat, and they brought us our food. My mac & cheese was huge! It was very rich with breadcrumbs. It was absolutely fantastic. The side salad was whatever. They also have a large selection of baked goods that I did not try. I do see some people commented how this location is similar to Panera. I mean, it is but they still have a few different selections for food. Overall, the service was great and I loved their mac & cheese. Two thumbs up from these cheesy lover.
