These people don’t stand behind their work. When asking to have an arrangement redesigned after it faded in less than one year they refused to replace the flowers. Then they agreed to provide a new arrangement for $ 300 and then they increased their price by 50% and refused to build it unless they were paid in advance. The owner is arrogant and yells at his customers!

Had appt with Charles to discuss wedding flowers. They canceled last minute, although the reason was understandable. They rescheduled and never showed up to the new appt. They never called to let me know they were not showing up. After driving 45 minutes north from Miami and waiting 25 minutes, I left to drive 45 minutes back. What a waste of time, gas, mileage, everything. Unprofessional. Needless to say, I won’t be using them for my wedding. I want someone who can keep appts.

I just happen to stop into this store on a trip down south this weekend. This place is awesome, they have unique and creative home accessories. Many kinds of silk floral arrangements for any home. The owners are super nice and their cute dog Dori! Please stop in if you are ever in this area!
