I recently moved to west Boca and I went to this location back in January and the wax specialist Jennifer was amazing. My eye brows looked better than it ever had. She was always super busy so I had to pre booked. Recently they called me and said she was no longer there. I didn’t know what to do. I was shopping and went to the East Boca location on St. Andrews Ave as a walk in (the unlimited pass is amazing) and Jennifer was there! Never been happier! Although, the location and look of west Boca is great, like your hair person or nail person, you can’t just go to anyone when you found the one!

When I first started my waxing experience at European Wax Center, a lovely young lady named Jennifer G. welcomed me & made my first experience one to remember! One of the BEST waxers I’ve had the pleasure of meeting! From experience, she gets booked pretty quickly! She’s very professional, sweet, fast & allows a pleasant (painless) experience! It saddened me when I heard she was no longer at the Boca West location but brightened my day when I discovered she’s at Boca East! Totally worth driving a few miles down!

Just left after a [painlessly] pleasant experience. I’ve known two (2) of the service providers (Yanett and Gina) since the company originally was located in Mission Bay plaza ions ago and, as of 12÷31÷15, they have relocated next to Pei Wei on 441 and Glades Road to a cherry location facing State Rd.7 (AKA 441 which runs N. and S., in case you’re not familiar with the area)
Both the girls at the front desk were lovely that I met. They were personable, not grouchy like some front desk staff, and really appeared to LOVE being at their job. We spoke more in depth while I paid after the completion of my wax services, which incidentally, was fast, not rushed and on-​point with my needs.
I made an online registration which if you book online, you get points, as well as booking your next appointment with the girls at the front desk when you are leaving the establishment. You don’t get ANY points for booking with their call center which incidentally, handles ALL of their calls. (You can’t call directly to a location), which is a little annoying to me, but it works for their system.
Anywho, the new facility is clean, bright, comfortable in temperature and definitely more inviting. I had no issue on a Saturday later in the day (actually 5:45 p.m. appt) finding a parking spot, considering Pei Wei is next door to the place. I had actually gone to their previous location in Mission Bay plaza by mistake, parked and started walking towards it, when I realized my mistake and quickly headed to the car to rectify the mistake and get to my appointment across the street with 5 minutes to spare! Whew!!!
My adrenaline was rushing just long enough to sit in their lovely, clean and inviting lounge area, to catch my breath before Yanett came out to greet me. She was pleasantly surprised to see me as it has been a long time. It was very endearing to be recognized and, she even remembered my children’s names, their girlfriend’s, and general family details.
It was nice catching up and, she made the session relaxed, comfortable and pleasant to deal with. I won’t get into the TMI specifics, but Ladies? (and perhaps most of you men) KNOW the linguistics of *waxing the sensitive areas*. Not everyone is a fan of this practice, but that’s what makes each of us individuals.
In any case, I made my next appointment for six weeks as this will give me 100 points to my account towards the 500 that I can then redeem for $ 5.00 off of a future service of my choice. They also offer packaged prices if you’re a habitual wax client, but I personally, prefer to pay as I go, rather than upfront all at once. Again, personal preference.
I will submit the new address, hours and phone number to be updated on Unilocal as soon as I get home, as I am writing this while still in my car in the parking space as I wait for the rain to dwindle down. Ahhhh, South Florida… gotta love our unpredictable weather. Now, where should I go for din din?

Finally in their new location — super sleek, clean, and modern. Parking is abundant and you don’t have speed bumps throughout the parking lot. Shey is the best, she is kind, knows what she is doing (tamed down the caterpillar eyebrows) and we exchanged dog photos. I also didn’t feel like an outcast, being a guy in the place either, which was nice. I’ll be back, for sure.

We all know the location sucks — that’s why they’re moving to a highly visible location right off Glades, before 441, very soon! I went last month for the first time, after my waxer of 4 years moved away from the St. Andrews location, and I had a not-​so-​great experience. Upon my return one month later, I found out that waxer was no longer with the firm, and after reading her name on some reviews here, I had Sarah as my waxer. She did a great job, and made me feel very comfortable the whole time! She is very funny and sweet — I highly recommend you go see her!

Didn’t know this location was here… It is an absolute horrible location, I drove around for 10 minutes looking for it — it’s not visible from the parking lot. :(
Girls were super professional, and the girl who did my wax (can’t remember her name — sorry!) was very thorough, even tweezing some hairs she knew she missed… Much different from my Military Trail location experience — I will stick with this location. Thanks ladies!

I’ve been going here for years and I love it!!! I tried another place that was a bit cheaper but you really get what you pay for.
Gina is the best! My mom and my aunt see her as well. She’s awesome and will really take care of your skin. She cares and is very knowledgable in this field.

Very clean, the wax doesn’t hurt and Gina is the BEST eyebrow wax lady ever! I wouldn’t trust any one else to do your eyebrows.

I’m loyal to Uni.K.Wax in NYC, but I was visiting parents and needed a wax. I was told on the phone that I would receive half of for being first time customer. Long story short, when I arrived, I was told I can’t receive the discount since I’m not a FL resident. They should have still honored it. I stayed. I have to agree with the below reviewer that the rooms look like cell blocks, had a dirty feeling, like a place that did $ 20 waxes — for $ 50 a wax, should be a nicer cleaner room. There should be fans in there to speed up the wax to dry. My girl was nice, but she took double the time my girl does at Uni.K.Wax and if I had not tell her to clean up by bikini area, I think she would have left hairs unwaxed. And to top it all off, the wax completely burned my pubic area. Not going back to this location nor any European Wax Center ever.

Awesome experience. Gina does an awesome job. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and everyone is so nice and friendly.

I have been going here for years. I enjoy the girls, although the turnover is high. The shop is clean and well merchandised. Ask for Yanette. She is a standout!!!

I got a really great job done by someone new. She was from Japan and we got to exchange some words in Japanese and Spanish. She did an awesome job and I am super satisfied with what I got done.
