I’ve been coming here for two years and these are the nicest people I’ve ever encountered. They are always willing to help you out especially the store mgr. She took her time in helping find the best jeans for my body type. I was there for about 45 min and not once did she try to rush me. This is a perfect example of how I expect to be treated when walking into a department store.

Lines are always long here. Cute clothes, jewelry, and purses. There always seems to be a lot of employees around, but they never seem to want to help customers. I have an Express Next card, which totals up points with each purchase. The girl ringing me up tells me to make sure each time to tell the person ringing me up that I have the membership because«most of the cashiers don’t ask» that question. Um, that’s called your job.

The trick is to sign up for the credit card and come in when they have sales(always). There is no reason to ever pay full price here. You will definitely get what you pay for at Express.

I do not write reviews very often, but I was so disappointed in my service here today that I had to write a review. I shop at Express a lot and this was by far the most poor service I have ever received. I went there during my lunch break because the dress I had recently purchased was supposed to have a belt on it and mine did not have the belt attached. When I walked in the employees were more concerned about rearrangement the store as they all were yelling to each other about where things go. I finally got ones attention and asked if they could help me. They looked at me in disbelief and asked if I bought the dress there. I did not, but as I stated earlier I wanted to go fix the problem during my lunch break today. They continued to look at me in shock and tell me they don’t have that dress anymore. But rather than offer up a solution just continued to look around the story yelling about moving clothes around. Extremely rude and inconsiderate. I will not shop at that Express again and do not recommend others to shop there. It held up to the Boca standards that’s for sure.

Horrible service, unhelpful employees, and takes forever to check out(if anyone is even at the checkout). The clothes are okay but nothing spectacular. I haven’t had a good experience here yet. When we returned an item we accidentally left the $ 25 off $ 75 purchase coupon in the bag, and when we asked if we could keep it she said, «it won’t work because you returned your purchase.» And we asked, «well, what if we didn’t leave it in the bag and you never would have known we kept it?» She shrugged and said no… It doesn’t matter and then just kind of fumbled around with processing the return(AKA ignored us)… If she wanted us to come back, she should have said«please use this coupon next time you come and visit us! We appreciate your business.» Fail.

I came in for their sale. The customer service was good. The lady in the dressing room was very honest and did not just tell me everything looked great(she tactfully agreed it wasn’t my best look, lol) — I really appreciated that. The store was fairly empty given the time of year and sale. I didn’t really have any problems.

Leaving to NYC for the weekend and decided to stop by to do last minute shopping. The store is pretty big and a lot of variety. I found two dresses and stockings to wear. The girls working there are super nice. The music is extremely loud. I felt like I was at the club. It kept me in the mood to shop. Only problem is that they didn’t have enough cashiers. I waited for a while and finally another girl went up to help out. She forgot to put my stockings in the bag :(and didn’t realize it until I got home. I think this store is overly priced for some of the things they sell, however, I tend to find good things on sale.

It’s been literally years since I went into this store. This weekend I remembered why — messy store. On top of that, customer service is not great. I went in because they had a buy 1 get 2nd @ 50% off on their jeans. One of the guys tried to help me with my selection, but still wasn’t listening for what I was looking for and only gave 1 correct style and size of all the ones I tried on. No problem, I thought maybe the girl at the fitting rooms might help. Nope, same problem. Wrong style, wrong color. They insisted I tried them on anyway so they didn’t have to walk back to get what I had asked for in case I decided I could stay with what they had brought. Needless to say I had to go, myself, to get the right pair of jeans. I like their jeans, but sometimes don’t know if it’s worth all this to get them. On top of that, when at the register, the guy just starts scanning my items without even saying hi, because he was too busy looking for someone in the store. Half way through he looked at me and said«Hi». I paid, and all i got was my purchase with a «here you go». Really need to work on customer service.
