After my baby dropped my iPhone 6 numerous times, it had a bunch of cracks. I came to Fixology and Mark and Vadim were so kind to me, very quickly fixing my phone and they gave me a great discount on a new case. These guys are wonderful, so nice and knowledgeable! I highly recommend it

Went here to get a computer diagnosed after it had been left outside and gotten rained on. The guys here told us that it was, unfortunately DOA. Bought a new one at Best Buy and they transferred the data from the old hard drive after cleaning the unnecessary crap off of it. Running like a top for under $ 50. They were quick, honest and friendly. What more can you ask? A great find in the Publix Plaza off of Palmetto Park in Boca!

I came here to have my tower fixed. The entire staff was extremely helpful and nice. They also called and let me know what was happening. Definitely going to continue to have all of my electronics fixed here

The cell battery lasted 5 months. Uses inferior parts. I called them and they offered a 10 per cent discount o another battery replacement.

Absolutely loved this place from the very first day it opened. You could either spend $ 600 on a new phone or fix it for $ 120. Smartphones now a days are part of our lives. Very convenient to have such an amazing place where the staff is nothing but absolutely loving. The employees truly build relationships and remember you every time you visit. You receive coupons and discounts most of the time. If the repair is not cost effective they will be completely honest with you. And I always choose Fixology ! Not only because we all have children who do not like to keep a case on their phones, but because a team like Evelyn, Mitch, Vadim, and Mike is very hard to find ! Best mom and pop shop in town!

Received a call that evening that the wrong part had been ordered and they needed to get a new part, and they don’t know when they’ll get. Told me the repair would be no charge for the inconvenience. As of yesterday still no eta on the glass.

So I went in the pool with my iphone. I buried the phone in a bag of rice and after an hour or so it was fine. Or so I thought until I tried to charge it and discovered that the charger would not go in the slot. I used all manner of implements to try and clear it… pins, needles, plastic teeth picks but nothing worked. So I went to the AT&T store where I bought it and they told me I would have to go to Apple so I drove to the mall and showed it to an Apple ‘genius’ who poked at it with some tool and pronounced it unfixable I would have to buy a new one so I went to best buy where a couple of years ago I saw a wireless cell phone charger thing but they don’t sell it anymore but they said walmart did so I drove there and they don’t. So I Unilocaled iphone repair and went to Fixology. The guy there took my phone and with a pair of pointy tweezers extracted like 6 grains of rice that were deeply impacted. It took about 5 seconds. He didn’t charge me anything. Other things that happened today– I had to spend $ 70 for a new hard drive for my sons laptop that I bought last October. I ordered two sushi dinners for $ 50 that sucked.
So, on one if those days when I really feel everything is a rip off and everyone is ripping you off, my experience at Fixology was a little ray of hope for mankind.

Had a nexus 4 in for screen replacement about a year ago no problem. Overall service was excellent. Unfortunately about 8 days ago phone dropped face down of course in Walmart and the screen cracked so we drove to fixology and left if it for repair. Good customer service and the repair was less expensive this time around. Went by yesterday and phone was not ready call tomorrow. I called about 90 minutes ago and phone was ready. She picked up her phone came home and put Sim card in everything’s great until I hit the 3 soft keys which are dead! Phone is useless with a faulty screen! I called them and they ordered another screen… The repair should have been thoroughly tested before giving it back to her! Now that’s bad service!

I cannot understand the negative comments about these guys, my experience was completely to the contrary. I took my Viao desk top computer to them as the Ethernet contact was not working, they ran a systems check on it and suggested I should get a $ 25 connector from Best Buy and that would connect my Ethernet cable to a USB port and YES it did work fine! The guys were really decent and honest and DID NOT EVEN CHARGE ME FOR THEIR TIME AND GREAT ADVICE,
I also happened to see another customer with an iPhone that had a defective charge port and they told him it was a hardware issue and resolved the issue by referring him at no charge! They also give you a discount if you are an old customer!
