Love, love, loved this place. The food is just as fresh and good as it looks in all their pictures. It is not the kind of restaurant that you are going to get veal or chicken parm type dishes but if you love mozzarella and tomatoes you will be in heaven as much as I was eating there. They have 4 or 5(can’t remember) pasta type dishes on the menu. As much as I love tomatoes, I am not a red sauce type person but one taste of my grandson’s spaghetti and meatballs convinced me that I really need to try their lasagna next time. His dish was outstanding with soft, succulent meatballs and a sauce that was«just right» — not too acidic. And he loved it so much, that he went up to the waitress and hugged her leg as she was helping another table. We were given some crunchy Italian bread and olives when we sat. I had to remember that the proper way to eat bread is with olive oil, not butter. We were also given a sampler of small soft rolls filled with balsamic drizzled Italian ham. Delish!!! My daughter and I decided to order 2 dishes to share. We had the Fiordilatte e Salmone and the Gran Bruschetta Mozzarita. Both were to die for. Actually, our waists could have done without 2 of the pieces of Bruschetta. I almost did not order it because I was thinking the anchovies were whole — if they were, I missed that part. It was more like a little Caesar salad topped with Stracciatella(a delicious, soft, creamy cheese), the finest prosciutto, and tomatoes, all on top of crunchy Italian bread. The Fiordilatte e Salmon was arugula, cherry tomatoes in a light dressing paired with balsamic drizzled mozzarella and 3 or 4 healthy pieces of smoked salmon and capers. Everything was super fresh and tasty. We finished the meal with some miniature cannolis and some gelato for the grandson. The couple running the place are charming and still have thick, romantic sounding Italian accents. My daughter told me that it reminds her of the way she dined while in Europe. I would have purchased some cheese etc. to bring home but we were headed for the park and I was afraid it would not keep. I have been to a lot of restaurants, and 5 star ones at that, but I have never walked out of one that I felt as elated about the experience or food as much as this one. i cannot wait to go back. Fortunately, for me not them, it is not something I could do in a lunch hour because they are a good 20 minutes away. Besides, it is the kind of place I want to «dine» at my leisure.

This place just opened fairly recently, so of course I HAD to try it. I was excited to have a new Italian restaurant in the Reserve Shopping Center. We came in on a Saturday night and it was fairly quiet, but that’s to be expected. It’s a small, clean, well lit restaurant with extremely attentive servers. I wasn’t extremely impressed with their wine list, but it was adequate. Most of the menu involves mozzarella. They have platters, salads, and paninos. We shared a platter of mozzarella and smoked salmon with arugula and capers and tomatoes. It was really delicious. The portion was quite large and we took some home. We also shared a panino(a sandwich) with ham, mozzarella, arugula on crusty Italian bread with an olive oil spread. Also, very well done. They gave us delicious little chocolates with our bill, which was a nice touch. We took home a menu because I think we will be more likely to order for pick up next time. We will try this place again and maybe order a hot meal, such as pasta next time.
