Pearl Laser Center

After researching laser hair removal for a while, I finally decided to try it out, even though I was scared. I searched for a reputable center near me, and Pearl stood out. I went in for a consultation and Zsuzsanna, the proprietor and laser expert, seemed very knowledgeable about the laser her company utilizes. I decided to try it out by purchasing treatments for just the bikini area. After my first session, I noticed results, so I also got legs and underarms. I just finished my 3 session and so far I am noticing results, in some areas more than others, and hopefully by the end of the 6^th session the results will be much more noticeable in those areas as well. Pain wise, the bikini area is definitely the worst, as expected, not unbearable though, and there are certain things that really help in minimizing the pain, such as applying numbing cream and taking ibuprofen 30 minutes before the session. So far, I am pleased with the attention Zsuzsanna provides while performing the treatment. I will update once my sessions are over.

Zsuzsanna is always pleasant and professional. Laser hair treatments were painless and very effective. I am seeing improvement from the skin tightening treatments I am currently having. I am very satisfied with this center.

Update: now she is adding a post to my review saying that I was late before. She knows very well that I was never late before, she was. She has been harassing me ever since I posted a negative to Unilocal.Called me three times from her Boca number then from an out of state number, then a lengthy text offering me free services to make up for it. I don’t need free services, I don’t mind paying and having a relationship with my service providers. Here is her text to me:
Hi Sue, this is Zsuzsanna. I am so sorry for what happened this morning but we have at least 4 or 5 people for the day who cancel at last minute and its difficult for our business when people don’t show up or call us. I stay here and work for 10 hours a day and when people cancel i have to stay for 3 hours doing nothing and in these 3 hours i am loosing possible new clients and business. We have to enforce some kind of policy. The receptionist has to tell everyone about our policy to remind everyone. I believe that i have done very good treatments for you in the past and i gave you two vouchers for the groupon price. I don’t want to loose you as a client so if you would like i can give you one of the packages for free. After you spoke with the receptionist she started crying and ended up going home. So i felt sorry for her in that moment and because you dont have any appointments left there is no reason to charge you. The receptionist just has to tell everyone that and usually people dont have a problem with our policy. So i am sorry again and i hope I can make it up to you.
With many options for laser hair removal, the decision to choose Susanna should be based upon customer service. I am a very flexible person, so on my 2^nd or 3^rd appointment I showed up at 9 am and the doors weren’t open. The hours listed on the door said they opened at noon that day, so I wasn’t sure if I put the entry in my calendar correctly. I called the telephone number thinking maybe they were in the back and left a voicemail. Luckily I was thirsty so I went to get a drink at the Panera next door and she called 15 minutes later saying she was running late and I could come back. No problem, as I didn’t leave the parking lot yet.
Today I had an appointment at 8:45. I’ve been sick on antibiotics for over a month and slept through the appointment. I got a call and 8:51 asking me why I missed my appointment. When I told them I was sick and slept through it an I was sorry, there was no concern for my health, such as oh I am sorry you are sick… Instead, the response was… Well you didn’t give us a 24 hour cancellation call, but since you are sick, instead of charging you 50 dollars for the cancellation, we will only charge you $ 25 dollars. Then she reminded me of the form that I signed agreeing to this policy.
Did she put a $ 25 dollar credit on my account for her being late on a previous appointment? Isn’t my time just as valuable?
Well again, there are many options for laser in this area, so I believe customer service is the key difference and all I have to say is … Try another

They have the friendliest staff and hands down the best spa in the surrounding area. I’ve searched high and low for my «go to» spa and haven’t been satisfied with any of them until now. They blow away any and all competition. I’m a loyal customer for life

This place gives such a good energy to be in. I came in for a facial cleaning which the most relax moment I ever had. What I like the most was environment from a very kind receptionist to Ayala the women who cleaned my face. Very relaxing I will come again.

Zsuszanna is an amazing person. A real genuine person and a phenomenal experienced clinician. A real find ! Her equipment is top of the line and her office is impeccably clean.

It took me a great deal of thought before i ultimately decided to update this review. The owner is nice as a person, but she has absolutely ruined my career, and i think consumers have a right to know.
I am a model. I went to pearl laser center to have hair removal on my upper lip, fat reduction/​skin tightening on my stomach with radiofrequency and then paid to use 3 lasers to supposedly diminish the appearance of stretch marks and further tighten the skin.
Firstly, the laser hair removal on my upper lip was a waste of money. A year since i had the treatments, there is no appreciable difference. The radio-​frequency treatments gave no appreciable difference in my body fat whatsoever, and i later found out this is because all the treatment actually does is change the water composition not fat.
Worst of all, the most expensive of the treatments, the 3 lasers to supposedly reduce the appearance of stretch marks and tighten the skin, caused post inflammatory hyperpigmention marks all over my stomach. In June it will be a full year since she caused these horrible marks on my stomach that she insisted were not permanent. Initially she told me the huge, brownish gray marks all over over my stomach that are clearly in the shape of the laser handle were my natural pigment lifting up and would disappear after a few weeks. Months later, she said that all i needed was more and more laser treatments that at that point she would provide free of charge. Nice gesture, i suppose, except the marks are clearly still there nearly a year later and because my entire work depends on the appearance of my body, this was more than a huge blow to my self esteem, but also my income. I later found out that one of the three lasers she used she never should have used at all because I have olive coloured skin.
Additionally, after consulting with a dermatologist, i was told that at this point i need to consult with a cosmetic surgeon for either skin grafting or a tummy tuck. Insult to injury for me, because the only reason i spent literally THOUSANDS of dollars to use these lasers was to avoid any surgery. Also, now that its nearly impossible for me to secure work because of the post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, i couldnt afford the surgeries even if i wanted to.
I am more than disappointed. I am absolutely devasted.

I have had the best experience at Pearl Laser! I came in for my first appointment a little nervous! After meeting with Susana and discussing my goals, we decided on eight treatments. After my very first treatment I noticed a major difference. I was worried the treatments would be painful, but, they are not. Susana is also really great at making sure I’m comfortable! I suggest you purchase the numbing cream if you’re doing your lip or bikini area. It makes a difference and starts working right away! I’m halfway through with my treatments and I’m so happy I decided to make this investment! It’s something I did for myself and it works!!!

Szuzanna is fabulous. The establishment is very clean and nicely decorated. Very professional service. You will like it and come back often, as I do.

This place is nice and clean. The lady who runs This place is just so nice they have excellent customer service and the results are phenomenonal. I am an Indian so I have tan skin and thick hair. I saw 60% hair loss in the first treatment itself. The lady here makes u feel very comfi and she is so nice and will make sure u are happy she is very sweet and helpful so if you are looking for a laser hair removal treatment this is the only place you should go. I have been coming here since May of 2015 and I have to say that Suzanna is one of the most nicest and caring estheticians I have ever met. She is very professional and makes me feel very comfortable. She also listens to what you have to say and I think that is so important. I’ve had a dark spot on my face near my ear for several years. Szuszanna has treated it with IPL and it is getting much lighter.
The overall appearance of my skin is also getting me complements as well. A friend saw a new selfie on Facebook and asked if I was using Photoshop. She said that I look like a 20 something!

I have been coming here for about seven months for full body laser hair removal with Suzsanna and I am really really pleased with my results. Prior to moving to the area I had a really bad experience with a treatment and was burned on the back of my thighs so I was hesitant to start again. The equipment she uses is the newest and safest and most pain free. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. Upper lip, armpits, Brazilian, full legs and feet were my designated treatment areas and I am almost completely (unwanted) hair free. Its amazing to go weeks between shaving my legs or just to throw on a bathing suit and not worry about any embarrassing hair around my bikini line. Laser hair removal is a must, and pearl laser center is a perfect place for it.

Pain-​Free, Hair-​Free is the way to go! Was always worried about getting Laser because I’m such a baby and was worried it would hurt like hell!
I’m so happy I waited and came to Pear Laser! Felt like I was getting a hot stone massage!!! Very quick && didn’t even need the numbing cream! I’m so happy I found this place… Now I want to do my whole body :) prices a very reasonable & couldn’t ask for a better experience. Can’t wait for my second session! Zsuzsanna was the best!

I’ve been to half of my appointments so far and every visit has been a pleasure. They make you feel very comfortable and the service is well worth the money. Their prices are very fair and I did do lots of research. I would definitely recommend this place for both quality and price! j

Just completed a series of IPL facials and my skin has never looked better. Zsuzsanna is amazing. She’s very friendly and knowledgeable. The center is immaculate and they have all state-​of-​the-​art equipment. Best medspa in Boca. I won’t go anywhere else!
