This is my favorite Asian buffet. My wife and I have never been disappointed with the food. There is a large selection of sushi and several hot dishes. Everything was very fresh. The prices are very reasonable for lunch and a little more expensive for dinner. I recommend this restaurant quite often to my friends. I’ve been to the one in Coral Springs and was not as pleased.

This location is terrible. I will never go again. I have gone to the one in Pembroke Pines and it was awesome. This location has old food and the taste was bad. I felt like I wasted my money. If you are interested in a buffet sushi, try the Pembroke Pines location.

Always love to bring family and friends here for both lunch and dinner! One of my five favorite eating places and buffets in the Boca /Delray/Boynton Beach area! Not fancy but clean and great go there to eat great food, all you want and a great variety!

I thought this place was great. They had just about everything you would expect and more. Fresh seafood, tasty salads, excellent hot dishes, etc etc. Save room for dessert too. Helpful servers who keep the drinks coming and clean away your dirty plates very quickly. Be careful pulling in because if you miss the entrance you could wind up on the Turnpike.

This place can be a hit or a miss. We have been here so. many times and for the most part they are consistent with good service and selection. But if you got at the end of the night on a not so busy day the pickings don’t look so great… so I suggest going early enough to avoid the left overs, but late enough to avoid the regular dinner crowd. Sometimes you could wait 30mins or more for a table but that’s also when the food is freshest cause of the immediate turnover. A huge selection in sushi which would cost 100 dollars or more but being it’s a buffet you can pile ad much raw fish as you want on your plate. Family friendly for sure and laid back casual. I’ve gone in gym clothes after a workout. Great for crowds. Lots of parking, and lots of staff. So you won’t feel neglected once seated. The dessert table is also delish one word macaroons yum!!! And there is hibachi cook to order so you can select chicken steak or shrimp and the ingredients and sauce and they will. make it fresh in front you to your liking. Reasonably priced a table for four at regular dinner price with no alcoholic be are will run less than 100. You will not be charged for left overs either. Bring your kids or your friends and enjoy. It’s loud because of the crowd but it’s not a zoo.

For the price this place is great. I typically come here for a late lunch and make it my big meal of the day. With the coupon, I pay about what I’d pay for one good roll elsewhere. LOTS of sushi from which to choose and sometimes sashimi. Salads, hibachi, soups and several hot bar items. I’m getting hungry now just thinking about it. The only thing that isn’t so great is their desserts. Also their bathroom could use some work. There are several of these types of places in Boca but Shinju is the only one I’ve visited so I can’t say how they compare. It’s a buffet, so you should anticipate your typical buffet-type crowd. That said, it’s better than all the other oriental buffets I have been to in other cities. It is VERY busy which means the food turns a lot, so that’s a good thing.

I’ve been here a few times and have always been impressed. I’ve noticed that at other sushi buffets in Palm beach county when you only like a few different items, and as a result you take a lot of those few items, they tend to be the last thing the chefs replenish. I get why they do it, but I’ve always found it obnoxious. This place keeps adequate staff behind the counter and they are incredibly fast at refilling empty dishes. It’s worth the drive.

$ 20.50/person buffet all you can eat sushi and sashimi plus all other hot food. Hibachi is okay not my favorite. It is a very busy place, I would go early before the peak hour or try to make a reservation. Overall interior is a bit outdated and dirty, but food are fresh.

Want a large variety of sushi, sashimi, meats, vegetables, etc? This place has it all and if they don’t that can do it right on the spot for you on their grill where you can pick from a variety of items and customize your won dish. As you come in you need to be seated by the waiter and to us it didn’t take long although the place was packed on a Sunday night. We were served water immediately and we headed to the buffet to choose our first plate. I went the sushi and had so many options I got a little lost, they had many tempuras, many raws or just cooked ones. The sashimi were displayed with so many different fishes and sea food, got say that I skipped them. I went to the hot buffet and they had a steak that was delicious. The variety of the hot buffet is also impressive, from salmon, shrimp, pork ribs, to chicken you can find something you like to eat. If you are still not satisfied with their dishes you can go to the Hibachi buffet and create your own oriental dish. You can even have some Thai noodles with peanuts and whatever meat you choose. I’m giving 3 ½ stars to them because they didn’t wow me, service was fine, there was always someone checking the buffet and making sure it was clean, so for that and the fact that the food was ok(with exception of the steak). It is still an option when you want to try a Oriental buffet.

Super clean buffet. Never disappointed. Great variety of sushi and sashimi. The crab legs are never salty or too soft. The hibachi is excellent!

The food at this location is alright and doesn’t have much food compared to the Coral Springs location. The good part about this location is that they have coupons. Please come here with a coupon. The staff people are nice and the atmosphere is nice.

The place is ok, the food is great the staff is incredibly amazing, the only reason why I’m giving 4 stars is because I’ve been in other places for the same price that I liked better personally. This one is convenient for us and is really good quality sushi, we will be back.

This is a place that I have been 20 times more than my check-ins show. The staff here is very attentive and there seem to be plenty of people working to help you. The sushi buffet is pretty good and they are constantly making it fresh. There is a good variety of rolls on the buffet. At lunch they don’t have Sashimi, but they do at dinner time. I come here for the sushi, but they also have when they call Hibatchi. I think of it more like a Mongolian BBQ. You grab a plate, fill it up with bean sprouts, zucchini, onions, noodles, peanuts, cashews, peppers, etc. and give it you the cook. You select chicken, beef or shrimp and he adds it to the mix. You can also mix up a sauce to have it cooked in. There are chili sauces, curry sauces, teriyaki, etc. I have not been to another sushi buffet that has this«Hibatchi». Every time I am I get a plate of sushi, then the Hibatchi. If I have room, I head back to the hot food area and pick up some dumplings or friend shrimp. They also have several Chinese style hot dishes. At they end if you still have some room, you can hit the dessert bar or ice cream. The desserts are nothing to write home about though.

Quickie trip to south and needing a serious sushi fix. My husband had mentioned Shinju. I tend to shy away from buffets; especially anything to do with seafood. Boy was I was pleasantly surprised. Sushi was delicious! Everything I tried was good. I even tried the mussels and crab legs. I read some mix reviews about the staff. Servers couldn’t do enough for us. The restaurant was spotless! If your in south fla, hungry and need some sushi STAT, Stop into Shinju. You won’t be disappointed.
