Richard Romero helped my business partner and me sign up for the affordable care act last week. I had tried to get the job done by myself the previous week and was unable to navigate the system. Mr. Romero was hugely helpful. It took the better part of the afternoon, because the system wasn’t functioning well, but he persevered and got the job done. I was impressed with his patience and good humor throughout. He had to call their tech support team three times. He was patient with them too. All –in-all, I give this business a top rating. It was a challenge to get the system to work and he met it with style and grace.
