Between 2003 and 2008 my wife spent $ 9708 with this company for landscaping at her home. They completed the job to her satisfaction and the yard looked very good. While preparing to put the house on the market this year (2014) she wanted the area spruced up and called the owner to give her a bid for the work. Kristen came out, looked at the area, took notes, and said she would have a proposal for my wife in a couple of days. A week later, numerous messages left on Kristen’s phone, and no response. Granted this job wasn’t going to be on the scale of the previous ones, but she could have told us she wasn’t interested in the cleanup job so we could find another contractor. This is not the right way to do business. If you have a large job ($$$$$$) they do pretty good work. However, if the job is small ($) their support is questionable.
