I have had Japanese Hibachi and Teriyaki vegetable plates many times at many Japanese restaurants before. I have never been impressed with them because they are usually very bland. However, that was not the case when I tried Fuji for the first time today. I had the Tofu Teriyaki dish(vegan) and it was fantastic. It was very flavorful. The tofu was nice and crispy and the veggies were seared a bit. The portion size was better than any other Japanese restaurant that had served me before. And on top of all that, the prices were very reasonable. My dish was $ 6! Atmosphere was fine, not too spartan or flashy. The waitstaff was very attentive. Overall, I had a great experience. I have to give them 5 stars. I couldn’t ask for more in a restaurant. I WILL be back!

My father got food poisoning here and my mother’s hibachi steak was undercooked and made her really sick so be careful. I’ve heard of lots of people getting sick recently from their food. Dont let your kids eat it. Overall the food taste good but it is a little pricey and they nickle and dime you on extra sauce. Who does that at a place like this? Can you imagine being in a restaurant and asking for some mayo or ketchup on the side and then see a line item for it on your bill? That should be built into the menu prices so as not to make the customer feel exploited. Obviously the management at Fuji has no concept of customer satisfaction. The managers are extremely rude to the customers. Take your business to someone who appreciates it.

If you want something fast, tasty, and inexpensive, but want an actual prepared meal, Fuji is perfect. I love the tofu and vegetables and the sweet carrots that come with the dishes.
