I’ve been using GemTek for about three years now and they provide exceptional service.
From my first appointment when they walked through my house, into my crawl space and the area around my house, my best description of the service is thorough. Each time I’m home when they come, they give me a very thorough explanation of what pests were around and what they’d be spraying for and with what. Because of that experience when I moved to a larger house with a pool I brought them along.
The new house had not been treated as regularly as my old house so after the first treatment I didn’t see a significant change in spider activity. I called them and asked what I might do and they sent someone right out who sprayed again and took the time to get behind shrubs and other areas that were not easy to get to in an attempt to help. It worked.
I find that the value I get from having minimal bugs in the house (especially with a pool in the back yard) makes the service worth every cent. I know there are a lot of choices for pest control and I’ve used a few. GemTek beats the rest hands down simply on service and their willingness to explain what they are doing and what they are using.
