If you need a great phone and excellent service, come to this location. Friendly, helpful, willing to go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. I will recommend this store to everyone who needs a phone and service. Great people skills and very personable.

I waited an hour an half for help. The two guys at the counted were helping the same two clients all that time. One of the costermers at the counter was super frustrated.
Reminded me of being at O’Hare and finding out they cancelled all flights indefinitely.
I bought their insurance but I couldnt upgrade and they didnt stock the phone I was required to get. They could not help without me driving across town to another store and starting over. Understaffed and not helpful at all. A giant waste of time. Frustrated. Never be back.
