Definitely better than any chain pizza places around. Pretty pricey for pizza, but they’re lunch buffet is a great deal.

I love Idaho Pizza Company. The Sawtooth is my go to pizza. They have this ranch that is to die for. We love going there for a good, inexpensive family meal. I have never had to wait to order. Great food and a good dining room.

Wow! Ridiculously slow service! Understaffed! 45 minutes for them to make 3 half sandwiches! Good was only warm when it finally arrived! It’s a shame because this place has good pizza when you order it for pick up!

Idaho Pizza Co. has always been a favorite of mine since moving to Boise. This location is close to my work, and I love love love their lunch buffet! Under $ 10 for endless pizza, breadsticks, sweet sticks, salad and soda — yes, please! The service is always great, and sometimes they have wait staff bringing fresh plates to tables. Every now and then, someone will take your dirty plate and not replace it, so you have to ask for a new one at the counter. That’s fairly annoying, but not a deal breaker. All of their food is great, and the portions are perfect.

This is my other favorite, go-to pizza establishment. I love their Stampede pizza! With that being said, it is a little spendy, so this is a splurge pizza purchase for sure. I haven’e been to their salad bar or lunch special… but I do order when they send out their mailers for discounted pizza. Great to know that their advertising efforts are working their magic! If you like a fresh, BBQ chicken pizza, you won’t go wrong ordering the Stampede pizza(that is unless you hate onions and green peppers like my mom does, this would not be the pie for you)!

Why waste your money?! I went here a couple of weeks ago with some friends for lunch because we were in the area. We’re looking at the menu, trying to decide what to order and are immediately told«The buffet closes in 10 minutes»(It was noon…) by a cashier with an attitude problem. We promptly order a couple of things and go sit down at a table covered in cheap flimsy plastic. The salad bar has few options, and was not fresh at all. I’m disapponted with my experience. Also, prepaying seems a bit tacky… because what if the service is crappy? Why should one tip well for that? If you’re going to get crappy pizza for cheap, go to Dominos, at least their food has flavor.

We met friends here on a Friday night for a birthday party. Since it was Friday we expected it to be busy, and it was. It was pouring down rain and we had to park at the next business over. Thankfully since we’re not made of anything immediately water soluble, rushing through some rain didn’t hurt us. Once in the door we had another issue. The placement of the counter where you order and pay is such that a line of more than 4 people has you almost standing outside. IF the restaurant is busy and the seating area is full. Which on this evening it was, and it was. Thankfully our group had reserved a party space, but having to navigate in and out of that space(for salad or beverage refills) meant having to cut through the line of people waiting to order and the loose children running amok near the gubmall machine. These things aside, we enjoyed our time at Idaho Pizza Company. Pepperoni pizza for my husband, and a chicken/white sauce pizza for me– along with salad. When we were done, boxes were quickly provided for our leftovers– which we very much enjoyed in the following days. The interior at this location seems a bit dated, very dark. Chairs are comfortable though and that is what matters. I’m a fan of local establishments, and since my husband is a pepperoni pizza freak, it is a place we will have pizza from again, though much more likely as take out or for delivery.

A good, local pizza place in Boise. The Sun Valley Veggie was great, worth really yummy sauce. I also liked the fire pit inside and the coloring pages for kiddos. Would go back again if in the area.

Stopped in here a while back to check out their lunch buffet. Bottom line, I came away very impressed. It was easily one of the best pizza buffet experiences I have had, certainly better than a certain chain that seems conspicuously absent from the Boise area… no great loss. :) First off, the pizza itself is excellent. The toppings, the cheese, the sauce are all there, they all taste great, and they are well proportioned. Also there is a good variety in terms of offerings in the lunch buffet. You always have the«staples» like plain cheese, pepperoni, and the obligatory«ten tons of veggies.» But IPC does a good job of hitting everything in between too. You’ll find good combinations of various meats and cheeses as well as a handful of more unique offerings. The salad bar is also excellent. The variety of items is good, the bins are clean, and everything is stocked appropriately. You also have things like garlic bread and a couple of dessert type pizzas. Overall it is a very good buffet experience. The service is also very good. The drink dispensers are accessible, so you don’t have to hunt down a server to top off your drink. This is still a «pet peeve» of mine with other buffets. Why let us serve our own food but make us wait on you to get drinks? So bizarre. I’ll never understand it. Anyway, that’s not a problem here. And as I mentioned, they do a good job of keeping the food stations stocked and clean. Pizza keeps coming. The salad bar is clean. Everything works well. So while I can’t comment on coming in for dinner, or ordering a pizza to go, I have to imagine based on my lunch time experience that you would be pleased with IPC in either of those situations as well. Overall it was probably the best pizza I’ve had in Boise so far.

Not sure why my wife and I dig this pizza so much. It’s nothing amazing, but the taste and quality are very consistent. It reminds me quite a bit of Round Table Pizza, of which I would say the same thing. We had Round Table in OR and CA, and miss it, so IPC satisfies that need. Again, nothing mind-blowing, but totally solid and tasty. In my opinion, their wings and salad are also great. This is pretty much our go-to delivery place. Have never done the lunch buffet, but I hear nothing but great things about it. Often times, we’d rather not experiment and go with the guys who do it great every time.

Purely amazing! So many toppings I can’t tell what’s what. End result = me smiling! Dinner is served! I don’t eat pizza much but I have heard so so many good things about this place I had to try it! They did not disappoint.

On my trip from Nevada to Washington, my stopover for the night was Boise. I asked the clerk at the front desk of my hotel if she could tell me of any places in the area that delivered. I didn’t have a particular type of food in mind and figured if she could tell me, the options would make up my mind. Well, I was given a list of sandwiches, pizza, and Chinese. Standard delivery fare. Oh look, Dominos and Pizza Hut. How convenient. I’ll admit… I like Dominos. I grew up eating Pizza Hut. I don’t think they’re quality, but I like their prices. But considering I was in a ~new~ town, and I like trying ~new~ things, I figured I would be doing myself a disservice to eat at some crap chain. With the meager wifi the hotel offered on my Kindle Fire, I researched two pizza places: Idaho Pizza Company and Smokey Mountain. Immediately, IPC jumped out at me. They were strictly pizza; SM was more than just pizza. I just had to go with a place that did pizza, and pizza only. When you only do one type of food, and you’re still in business, you gotta be doing something right. I figured out what I wanted and called. I asked the guy if they had a delivery minimum and he said no. Awesome #1. I placed my order — a personal pizza with bacon and pineapple, an order of 3 cheesy garlic twists, and a regular sized delivery salad. $ 14. I couldn’t even get that at Domino’s or Pizza Hut. I was told it’d be about 45 minutes; it took more like 30. Awesome #2, considering I was starving. The delivery guy was super nice. Got my stuff to the room, unveiled it all and ohhh boy, was I in heaven. Everything smelled delicious, it looked even better, and I couldn’t contain the glutton in myself any longer. I dug in and it was excellent. I could have just eaten a huge order of those twists. The red sauce they give you to dip in was so good. Makes me sad I live so far from Boise and that we don’t have that kind of quality pizza in my area. I will definitely recommend Idaho Pizza Company to anyone passing through. I will definitely make it a point to eat here again.

Idaho pizza company’s pizza is the best. Their cheese twists are even better. Their red sauce has a little spice to it and it’s wonderful. Their hot wings are tasty. Their delivery drivers are always friendly.

Idaho Pizza Company Overall: Between this and pinholes thin crust pizza i don’t know which is better, but what i do know is this is in the top two best pizza places in boise. The Food: We ordered a regular pepperoni pizza and 12 Garlic Twist! What to say about those twist… Incredible! and these are exclusive to Idaho pizza i have never been to any restaurant that had anything remotely close to it. they twist the bread before they cook it and put garlic and cheese on top. i can’t even describe how amazing it taste. and the pizza is amazing also especially if you like your pizza on the spicy side. if your looking for good pizza this is your place. The Service: The service has always been kind, helpful, and polite there is really nothing i can say that would be bad overall great customer service. The Price: Maybe a little bit more expensive than a $ 5 pepperoni from little caesars but so much better in terms of quality and if you are really concerned about the price get one order of garlic twist for $ 7.87 you will be full and definitely not disappointed.

YUM! Love Idaho Pizza Company! This location has good customer service and a decent selection on the buffet lunch. It does get INSANELY busy after about 12pm though, which makes parking and food a bit scarce.
