Service day was reasonably friendly very quick like used I’m used to presentation not so much… whether the drive thru order the sandwich and they presented the sandwich to me by handing me my sandwich no bag…

I was the only one in line and stood for 5 min before my order was taken. There was literally 15 people standing around in the kitchen and no one doing anything for a minute. When I finally got my sandwich the bread was so dry it hurt my mouth and broke apart while I was eating it. Still a good sandwich but disappointed in service.

Great food, friendly service and they actually are really fast happy to come here next time I’m in the area also restaurant is very clean. Can’t complain at all I think my sandwich was only about $ 6.50 or so.

Good food and very fast service. A little to fast, not very personable but you get what you want within 5 minutes… not bad! The only criticism I have is in the bathroom. Smells like a wet dog… badly! I almost gagged, might want to use some cleaning chemicals in there. Other than that, not bad!

These are some darn good sandwiches! Good enough that the sandwiches themselves earn 5 stars. Ingredients are fresh, and they’re made lightning-​fast!
This location, however, has fallen down on service several times. Some examples:
1) We called in a delivery order and said we’d be paying by credit card. When they arrived to deliver the sandwiches, they said the card number needed to be given on the phone. It can’t be processed in person. The clerk taking the order obviously dropped the ball on that one.
2) I ordered a sandwich at the drive-​through and, as instructed, pulled up to the window. I sat at the window forever. A clerk finally came to the window and said «Did you order a sandwich?» The ensuing question-​and-​answer period was ridiculous. Keep track of orders, please. I was the only one in the drive-​through for goodness sake!
I’ll certainly continue to eat here because I spend a lot of time nearby and, as noted above, the sandwiches rock.
