Papa John’s Pizza

Worst pizza ordering experience I’ve ever had. And I’ve had some BAD ones. First I call and they say they won’t honor any online coupons or specials so the $ 11 pizza online will be $ 16!!! The kid that answered seemed annoyed and bothered I was wasting his precious time with my questions. I’m from northern Idaho and this has never been the case, our local dominoes and pizza huts HONOR ONLINE PRICING. It’s no wonder machines are taking over, I can order the pizza my self and pay less while these kids working here are too lazy to even check on actual pricing.
Then we order the pizza online and the total is almost $ 50 and we drive there just so they can tell us they won’t take a $ 100 bill… so I’m forced to leave and go break it… what the heck?!

These guys made a minor error with my order but went the extra mile to make it right. I’ve placed several orders at this location and it has always been a good experience. I feel like they deserve a much better rating than they have on here.

We ordered a pizza cause we wanted delivery. Our past experiences weren’t great, but not bad. This last experience today… was bad! We ordered pizza, and the estimated time was 30 – 40 minutes. Okay, whatever.
55 minutes go by. We call. «Uhhh, sorry, we are backed up, it’ll be another 10 minutes. «
Ugh…fine, we are hungry, but we wait.
20 more minutes go by. We call. «sorry, but it looks like your order was cancelled»
ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? We NEVER even mentioned canceling! So, we waited well past the time frame and never got our pizza, nor will we ever order from them again.

If I could give them zero stars I would! I put in an order online with the expectation that it would take about 40 mins for the order. An hour and fifteen minutes later I never heard from them, so I called back to check. They told me that they cancelled my order because they couldn’t find the address. To be fair I did mess up on the address, but they never called when they apparently tried to deliver the order! Why did I supply a phone number if they’re not going to use it? Save time and frustration and DON’T ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

Horrible customer service!!! We were double charged and had to go through insane hoops to even get someone to consider giving us a refund. The lady we talked to was very rude and the manager refused to talk to me and just said to call the 1 – 888 number! I’m sorry but I can’t afford to pay FIFTY dollars for one pizza and some breadsticks. Supposed to see my refund of the double charge in three days… I’m not holding my breath they even did anything.

Still waiting for my pizza. Its overdue by 25 minutes from. the estimated.time.for delivery,
