Cyrus Vania is my doctor & he really knows his stuff. The only thing I don’t understand is why he doesn’t have his own practice! The nurses & staff are always great too.

I went here a few weeks ago as soon as they opened the night after I injured my elbow. I got in quickly and that was great but the exam was also quick. I was given Walmart brand ibuprofen and told I had tennis elbow. After a week of no improvement I went elsewhere and learned I had a broken elbow. I think if they had spent a little more time with me I could have been diagnosed properly. Luckily this wasn’t anything too severe or life threatening. Remember to be your own best advocate.

Let me start by saying that I have NEVER felt so disregarded by medical professionals in my life!
I stopped into Urgent Care (this is not my regular, I went after work so mine was closed at this time) to be examined and receive confirmation or denial that I had bronchitis.
The woman who took my information and check me in was extremely short with me and operated in an annoyed way. (I understand that she had probably had a long day, but you work with people dammit!)
The one nice thing, I will say, is that because it was so late in the day I was seen right away – something not so common in my experiences with Urgent Care.
The nurse who did my pre-​examination was slightly short with me as well, but did his job and spoke kindly.
The man that came in in place of the doctor to examine me (he was an RN I want to say?) was, in short of a better word, an ass. He spoke to me in a sarcastic tone, the way you would talk down to a child, and made comments regarding the fact that I didn’t know anything about bronchitis. (Ummm excuse me, but I get it about 3 times a year!) The only «examining» he did was listen to my breathing with a stethoscope on my back. The examine was, at most, about 5 minutes long. He wrote me a prescription for cough syrup (all I really hoped for) and sent me on my way.
In short, I would have rather waited until the following day and had a 2 hour wait in my regular Urgent Care office then have had to deal with this medical establishment. Please, if you can, avoid it!
