That was the quickest shopping I did. Love that there’s a parking so close to the door. I got to bumped to one of their store people & told him I need an envelope for this invitation & showed to him. He was quick with his response, he was carrying something & told me to wait & he was fast & boom got me what I needed! I just wish envelopes are not pricey though! Hah!

I’ll be the first to admit, I don’t shop at Staples very often. They do carry a few odd items that I need every once in a while. The other day, and went in looking for a particular type of ink for a pen. Not only did the employee help me out, but his manager did as well. There were many, many types of refills and I was lost. They spent at least 15 minutes finding the correct one that I needed, for a seven dollar sale. That’s top billing in my book. Great job!

I only visit Staples because of their rewards program and my need for printer ink.
Last time I was there I was looking for something else as well. I wandered the aisles for about fifteen minutes. I finally found what I was looking for but I left feeling discouraged as no one had offered to assist me while I was wandering.
