The Loop Technologies

We contracted with Loop to redesign our home sound system. We previously had a surround system that worked just fine in our previous residence, but did not work in this house. We had wires everywhere. Loop used our existing equipment and rearranged it, rewired, and added a couple of speakers. They also burned all of our music to a flash drive and set us up with Control4 so that we can play zones from our remote, iPhone, or iPad. Way cool for technologically challenged old people. They also made suggestions about our modem and how we access music in the future. This is a good product and the technicians are top notch and extremely knowledgeable. I am in Boise, ID, but Unilocal has me in NC. Haven’t been there in years, but can’t get it corrected on Unilocal

Your post — response is FAR from accurate and simply paints me as a «difficult customer». Indeed had you and your company been so reasonable as you have claimed here the matter would have been resolved. Once again all you have done is blame the customer, which was done through out the project until I ended it. I stand by my original rating and comments.

We used loop for our wiring and installation of our security system. The people who have come out to install have been friendly. Their office is hard to reach. They don’t return phone calls. I have called three separate occasions and spoken to someone about getting alarm signage for the front of our house— each time told they will get us some mailed out and it still hasn’t happened. I wish there was someone else to go through, not impressed with the service when we have had an issue.
