The people that work here are rude, make you feel uncomfortable, rush and do a horrible job. I was not satisfied therefore I do not recommend this nail salon to anyone!

My daughter and I have been going to this salon for quite awhile. They normally do a decent job. However the last time we were in they were so busy that it was not the same level of service and I left with my cuticles and feet not much better than when I came in. I decided to give it another try so earlier this week I made an appointment for 11am for two adults and the child chair. We arrived at 10:55 to see them putting another child in the child chair. We waited for 35 minutes and then finally left when they still hadn’t started painting the child’s nails. So we left and unfortunately won’t be back. I don’t mind waiting if I haven’t made a reservation but when I do I expect the appointment to start relatively on time. My suggestion would be that they not accept reservations since they can’t seem to accommodate them.

Disappointed. I want to like it here but I also want good customer service. I think they are rude mostly and just want to make a buck. I also think they cut the nail cuticles too aggressively. That is a concern. The prices seem standard but I am also concerned that the pedicure bowls are not properly cleaned as they should be. Won’t be returning.

This place totally ruined my nails they must have done something because my nails were bright red at the bottom near the cuticle and hurt for DAYS! I’ve never had acrylic nails hurt ever in my life. not to mention the akward way they handle it and lie about the prices! never coming back !

Worst experience I have ever had! I took my daughter there to celebrate her birthday with a manicure. The manicurist was so rough and so rude. When we were finished it looked like a five year old did our nails and then they charged us $ 40! My daughter cried all day about her hands hurting. They cut her nails so short. The cuticle area was so red and puffy. I’m hoping she doesn’t get an infection. We will not be back!

The place is clean and they do a good job — It is awkward when they talk in their native language, giggle or even keep staring at you. I have been there twice and I noticed that happen to the lady sitting besides me and the last time I went in it happened again — they giggled and made all the customers feel awkward — Not professional at all — Sorry !!

I’ve had two really great pedicures here. They are very careful and professional. Regardless of who does the work, the owner(I assume) comes and checks their works and finishes it off. Really happy with this place. Great selection of color.

I really like this close to home salon… its clean, the staff is friendly, and they do the best gel nails! Recently, I had my nails done at a salon in So. Cal… they were pretty, but broke constantly! I went in to TT’s for a repair… and they did it for no charge! I later returned 45 mins before closing with 2 more broken nails and decided to just have them do a full set rather than break any more. They had no problem taking me in and fixing me right up! Thank you, they look great and are strong like I’m used to! (I’m a mom… I have things to do!)

Out and about running errands yesterday I saw TT Nail Spa and looked down at my almost one month old pedicure. I usually don’t go so long between pedicures especially in the summer but being new to Boise I haven’t yet found all my «new» places for stuff yet. I opened the door and found TT Nail Spa to be busy which I took as a good sign. It was clean and they had a great selection of polish… even better than my salon in Seattle. They carry OPI and a second line I can’t recall the name of. They offer their clients a choice of beverages(bottled water, soda, etc…) Even though I had a short wait I was seated in a pedicure chair so I got to soak my feet and enjoy the massage chair as well as catch up on the latest celebrity gossip. TT Nail Spa has a range of pedicure packages. The most basic one is $ 25 for 25 minutes. The next step up was a 35 minute pedicure for $ 35 which included your choice of a hot(paraffin) or cold treatment. I opted for this package. The other packages increase in price and time from the base. The cool treatment was super refreshing on my feet and legs… tingly, peppermint bliss. The foot/leg massage was good, not epic. The pedicure is definitely pricier than most places I went in Seattle and since this is the first place I have visited in Boise I can’t say if it’s the norm or high for prices. Service was good. If I happen to be in the area again I would pop in but not sure if I would drive across town for a pedicure. They take walk-ins as well as appointments.
