Was told that I would owe $ 30 on a return for fuel costs, credit card charged every penny in my checking account (Over $ 150).

Customer parking isn’t well marked. Counter isn’t always adequately staffed. Efficient staff– but the manager might think about stepping in when lines begin to form.

If they offer you unit 450, dont take it. It may be big but its also basically a super dusty garage. A bit over priced considering other storage places in town. Uhaul also apparantly has a company policy of not issuing prorated returns which is terrible customer service considering i paid an entire months rent for the unit then moved my stuff out 7 days later. The manager is friendly enough and helpful, as is one other employee. The other employees seem to not really know what they are doing.
