This is my favorite dunkin in all usa. The manager Gina, knows I’m diabetic and created a sugar free coolata just for me just to keep me happy and coming back. Now I come by twice a day just to get my coolata…

Same old. same old. It is unfortunate that American’s have settled for low quality food in order to have cookie-​cutter, cheap, fast food junk. I miss the old days, before Dunkin Donuts ran all the old mom and pop donut shops out of business. Hard to find a quality donut now days. Same old american fast food junk…

Tired of being charged for combo meals not receiving them. Hash brown roulette is DEFINATELY the game. Don’t bother complaining to them. Just call corporate office. Better yet, just drive 3 more seconds to Starbucks. You’ll get what you paid for. Not to mention how filthy this location is. Not worth risking getting disentary, or a virus from.

This Dunkin’ Donuts introduced me to the game of «Hash Brown Roulette.» When you order a combo meal in the drive through, it’s always a crapshoot. Some days they will ask you if you want the hash browns, and not put them in, other days they will automatically put them in, and at other times, nothing at all.
Games aside, this Dunkin’ Donuts is closest to the expressway, and is always rather busy since it’s a 24 hour location. The coffee is always fresh, and service is polite if not a bit mechanical at times. The food comes out fast, but 9 out of 10 times it is overcooked and crispy.
Just a note: Load one of their perks cards on your phone. Pay on the go, and the rewards are fantastic.

They always get my order right. Would been 5 stars but every once in while they take a REALLY long time. Fifteen minutes in a drive through when I’m the only person or second person in line, that’s a little much I think. Especially since I only ordered black coffee. I’m rarely in a hurry so it’s not a huge deal although my toddler gets pretty impatient.

I dont hv time to jerk around! Trying to get my sleepy son to his hockey game & its far away! I order & theyre like what? Simple order, # 1 with large coffee with double cream and no sugar, 2 choc Boston donuts. Ordered a small fr vanilla coffee w/​xtra crm & xtra sugar for sleepy.
They say pull up. Wen I pull up they ask me again for my order like I spoke a foreign language or something. I get charged almost $ 8 which I knew was too high. A #1 is alway around 4 bux. I ordered a lrg so say $ 4.50. Add a small coffee and were talking 650. Tax 7 bux. That still seems hi. Get the order and drv cause I dont want to be late and discover the lrg coffee is hazlenut w/​no cream & the small coffee is reg w/​crm & sugar?! The donuts are not choc boston but choc raised cake. WTF? I left my f***ing interpreter at home. Told him just sleep in today & I wouldnt need him. Unreal, & another thing the workers in there at drive up were all english speaking people with no accents if u get my drift!!! So Im a lil hostile today thats all. Grr! If theres space for zero stars id be punching that!

My go to coffee place. These people are great. Good service and they know what my special is each day. They give me my extra straw. Great service excellence

Can I give no stars?! What an awful experience! First I ask if I could use two coupons which at other Dunkin Donuts they’ll gladly do. Nope no can do! So I opted to use just one and just get coffee. So I get a medium coffee. I get to the window and this Antonio guy that trying to show he’s in charge said the coupon was for dark roast coffee. So ok than get me a dark roast coffee! So you’d rather throw away a coffee than just give that to me cause I misunderstood your coupon?! Whatever I won’t be back!

This particular location is my least favorite in the area. Anytime I come in, whether it’s crowded or empty, the service is slow, slow, slow. On an empty day, it took over 15 minutes to get two iced coffees! To make matters worse, every time I get an iced coffee from there it’s bitter and has next to no flavor. It’s just watery and gross. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

My friend ordered a turkey bacon sandwich that comes on a big round roll. The roll was not just a bit stale,… it was hard as a freaking rock! There is no way that the employee did not know it was bad. I ordered a bagel. It was kind of stale as well. I get this happens now and then, but two totally different items in the same order were stale. That tells me this location probably has poor management.

I’ve only used the drive through on a few (5 – 10) occasions, and they used to do it ok. Lately though, it’s just getting worse. Today, I ordered an iced coffee, and it tasted like water with a bitter aftertaste. Seriously, no coffee flavour in it at all. I ended up pouring it in the sink when I got home, it was that bad. On previous occasions I’ve ordered, and basically not gotten what I’ve ordered. Time to try someplace else. There is a DD at the Walmart nearby, but not with a drive thru, as well as a Starbucks down the road.

Pretty big on the inside, I think they had a Togos before. Overall the location is fairly clean. Not the fastest service. Good thing they have a drive-​thru, this isn’t the best part of Bolingbrook.
