Awesome work would highly recommend. I called Glenn on an emergency air conditioning situation and he came out the same day repair the air conditioner. I will call him again to replace my air conditioner in the future. Thank You Glenn

We first used Glenn’s in 1996. I like that he suggests lower cost solutions and have never felt like I was getting ripped. I was about to call him just now when I saw that his Unilocal rating was low. That’s absurd. So, after I post this, I will be calling him again. Our AC is only blowing air, not cold air.

Rip Off! He is a fast talker, and came out to my condo to repair my water heater, and did not bring any useful tools to assess the elements or check to see if thermastat we’re in good or bad shape. He visually looked at it after a few days prior he recommended us dumping the water in the tank to save cost and see if it would be the resolution. Well that wasn’t the resolution so when he came he saw the temperature gage was past normal and a little to «high» which was causing it to tripp and assumed that was the only problem! He didn’t charge me the full fee he said to only cover his gas for his truck being $ 40. This is BEFORE I knew he was coming from less than 5 miles away in Bolingbrook to Lisle. Then my tenant complained less than 24 hours later that it was not working again, and she had to click the reset button for hot water to refill. I called him with the update, and he wanted to recharge me over the phone to come back out or just take his verbal instructions to do it all ourselves. Definitely won’t use him again.
