I just bought a kenmore elite dishwasher, store manager and sales representative both helped me with selections, answering questions, they are very knowledgable, nice and patient with my questions, and I end up with this brand with a great purchase experience.

We’ve been to this location many times and we’ve never been bothered. We bought a washer and drier from them. The salesman(man with the white hair) was helpful and courteous. He was very nice. My husband had an incident with another salesman when he was ready to purchase a snowblower. It didn’t fit in his car, so he to drive my car instead. The salesman had the nerve to tell him he could carry it home and he was serious! We live 10 minutes away by car. I thought it was rude. We ended up getting our snowblower someplace else. We had issues with our two year old washer. It wasn’t draining the water. So we called them to see if they can repair it. The guy came and told us the belt fell out of its place a d placed it back. He charged us $ 150 to put the belt back on. No new belt. Wow, had we known. We will never call Sears for future repairs.

I found a snow blower online that had a great sale price, it was in stock at this location so I rented a Home Depot truck and went over there. The store itself was nearly empty and after a few minutes they found the snow blower in back, the salesman was either enamored with my wife or just overly helpful, he went on and on about the features of the snow blower, helpful tips, even helping me load it onto the truck and tie it down with bungee cords, all the time ignoring other customers who were waiting for his help regarding appliances and ended up leaving shaking their heads(the other 2 people in the store seemed useless) I appreciated the extra attention but it got to the point where we were getting a bit uncomfortable. There seems to be a lack of management in this store but I did get a hell of a deal!

Went there yesterday to take a look at a new fridge. While they do have a nice selection of appliances I felt that as soon as I opened up the first one I was right in the middle of a car dealership. The sales people there are vultures and make the entire process uncomfortable. One I would always see out of the corner of my eye and the other one was overly helpful. We did like a couple fridges that we might have been interested in, but left immediately after one of the sales guys came down the isle, stood right next to us and had a conversation in hindi over the phone. We wound up going to Lowes down the road and bought a fridge AND a stove. We were not bothered until a good 30 minutes into our browsing which was just fine by me.

Agree with the previous reviewer… 1. They are chronically out of stock on items. 2. The store is a ghost-town. I always feel like the only one in there. That said: I give them a 2nd star for reasonably knowledgeable staff who went out of their way to educate me on the pros/cons of a particular DeWalt electric screwdriver. Sadly, they didn’t have the model I needed in stock, so I ended up buying the same on on Amazon Prime from their parking lot for 20% cheaper. It arrived next day. I can’t figure out how this store is still in business either, to be honest. The business model seems tired and dated.

Can someone please tell me how this store stays in business? Nobody ever shops here, they never have anything you need or in stock, and the salespeople are beyond clueless! I don’t know why I even bother to come in here, they NEVER have what you need. Upon my 3rd day search for a new patio door handle, I thought I just might try Sears– what the hell, I tried everywhere else… well guess what? No dice! After my second energy drink and growing irritation trying to find one of these damn handles, I was about to slap the salesperson, talk about CLUELESS! Again, do any of these salespeople know their own merchandise? I had to show him where it would probably be in their store and he still looked at me with this totally lost look! I don’t think I am speaking a different language! I had 3 guys looking around the store for me and I wanted to scream and run out with aggravation! Finally the answer I got from the one older salesman that they probably don’t keep those in stock because they never break! Well guess what– they do! Especially when you are letting 3 dogs outside 20 x’s a day! Never again! Never–
