They arrrived late for the estimate claiming bad traffic. Only got worse from there. After arrainging for a deep clean for week of Thanksgiving almost a month inadvance, they eamiled to cancel on Saturday night when they where closed. I immediatly emailed back explaining that I was not happy and had counted on them coming. They agreed to come out another day that week and gave me severaal different times-showed up at a completly different time. The following month Paul showed up by himself. Said they were extremely busy and had decided to divide up. Paul completely skipped the master bathroom and laundry room. He apparently didn’t think I would notice. When I complained the response was how surprised they were to hear a complaint and they would give me $ 20 off the next cleaning. No one would be coming to clean these rooms that I had paid to have cleaned. Come January I had to contact them to schedule. I left messages on Pauls phone and at the office on how to get into the house. Later I got an email saying the team(?) arrived and had no idea how to get into the house and left. When I said I had left instructions for Paul and at the office, they claimed they hadn’t seen my message until later in the day and Paul no longer had a cell phone. I was done. Not worth the aggravation. This company claims to be professional but over and over again showed differently. My final email was from Tiffany wondering why I was canceling on them. I would NOT recommend using them.

Let me first start off by saying the cleaners Nina and Paul were great. Now to business. I was initially scheduled for an estimate(I believe on Monday) around 3pm. No one showed. After I called and left a message stating that no one showed, I did receive a call back with an apology asking if they could show up on Tuesday around the same time. I obliged. A week or two later they came to clean. On a scale of 1 – 10 the cleaning was about 6.5. There were obvious spots that were missed, from the dusting of the baseboards to missed spots on the pantry door. I took pictures and emailed them over. I also tried calling but would always receive a recording. Eventually a few days later I received an Email back apologizing for the work that was not done. The next cleaning(a month later) was 100% better, we even did a walk thru to make sure nothing was missed.(There were a couple things missed but that was quickly fixed.) I know you may be thinking what is the issue? Well if you want to speak with someone versus email that will not happen. And the responses on emails are spotty as well. My husband and I were at the point where we were going to allow them access to house via security code but after calling multiple times and not getting anyone we decided that would not be a good idea.(What if there was an issue and they set off the alarm or something happened,(Good Luck in trying to reach someone) Touch of Class did provide 3 cleaning for use but ultimately we decided to end our service with Touch of Class. Since then we have not heard from them asking if there was something we could have done better. They had no interest in saving the business. If communication is key with a company you are sourcing please think again about Touch of Class. Point of contacts were Tiffany and Tony.

After a colleague told me about this cleaning service, Paul(my point of contact) was quick to arrange a meeting and provide a reasonable estimate($ 75) for cleaning my small-ish(600 sq. ft) apartment. All seemed well at the time and I was hoping I had found my cleaner. Later, Paul called me to tell me the doormen of my building would not allow the cleaner to park in front of the building. As a result, I was asked to pay an additional $ 15 for the cleaner to find parking. I did not think this was appropriate — I am paying for cleaning, not the steps leading up to cleaning(especially when there is abundant metered-parking all around us) — and refused. Paul relented and maintained the $ 75 fee. The cleaning itself was merely adequate. Noticeably, the windows were not cleaned and the bathroom was nowhere near as clean as I had hoped. But that was not a deal-breaker for me and I requested another cleaning, which was better than nothing. Scheduling the next cleaning proved impossible. The date was shifted at least 3 times, all at Touch of Class’s request, and I had to change my schedule at least 3 times to accommodate them. The day that the cleaning was supposed to take place, I received a voicemail from Paul telling me his cleaner could not find parking — in the heart of the Gold Coast, mind you, where parking garages and spots are bountiful — and abandoned the job completely. This was totally unprofessional — although my experience with Touch of Class was not as bad as the«filtered» review below, I can wholeheartedly recommend that you avoid them.
