Kelly Chase Couture Bridal Salon Naples

I truly don’t understand one of the reviews below?
I went to Kelly Chase Couture feeling discouraged after multiple appointments at bridal salons in both Miami and New York. I felt so comfortable and at ease working with everyone there who helped me find my dream dress! The selection is amazing and their Paper Dolls Collection is original /​brilliant and has endless possibilities. Maria is a true asset to the salon and I highly recommend you request her when you visit. Maria was very realistic and down to earth when I told her my budget and she worked with me to find the perfect gown and accessories within the budget. They also have an amazing social occasion /​mother of selection. My mother, mother in law and my sister all found their perfect dresses and accessories as well. Blown away!
I sent one of my best friends to Kelly Chase and she as well had such a positive experience. The salon is extremely clean and very spacious and had more than enough room for my entire bridal party. They have a huge couch and several over sized comfy chairs. Even their bathroom was beautiful. (point being they pay attention to all the details apparently ‚-) I am so glad I saved the best for last and I am also so thankful that I found my way to Kelly Chase Couture because I had the best experience possible. Wish I could have given 100 Stars ‚-)

A GEM! Hiding in Bonita Springs! I just started my search for a wedding dress and had a bad trip to the «miracle mile» in Miami. All old 1980’s yuck!
I was about the go to New York, when I stumbled upon Kelly’s bridal store. I first was greeted by Maria, who was very busy but found a moment to give me a quick sneak peak at the styles. I loved what I saw and booked an appointment for 2 days late. (An appointment here is a must) Maria spent two hours with me and was very patient as well as a good listener. She picked out exactly my styles and gave me great suggestions. The prices are very reasonable. I am looking for a colored wedding dress and they have evening gowns starting in the $ 400’s that will work for me or a custom Kelly Chase Wedding dress in a blush or pink could work too. (I believe they start at $ 1,000 and up.) There are dozens of custom, one of a kind dresses, you can purchase right now or have one made. I decided to wait a week to see what new styles in evening wear Kelly finds at the Bridal show, she was attending this weekend.
I’m so glad I didn’t waste time or money flying to New York when we have this awesome store right here in South West Florida. Do not waste time driving to Miami… 17 stores over there and they are all out dated and ugly. Kelly Chase Couture is all you need. I’m so excited I found it! Can you tell!

Terrible customer service, Our appointment
was at 3pm we were told to take a seat as she was still with a client. there was a chair at the desk but there was 4 of us. musical chair??? At 3:15 we were taken back and the bride to be picked out some dresses to try. she was never given heels although there were heels available, she came out in the first gown, was never helped up on to pedestal, dress was not «fluffed» instead sales girl went to help another client with fabric choice. She disappeared numerous times to help other customers. This was the first bridal dress appointment the bride to be went on and as her aunt I was so disappointed for her. I may have been married 20 years ago but I was treated like a princess and my Mom and Aunt equally. After the last dress… we were left to fend for ourselves … we gathered our belongings and walked to front desk as she was busy looking for packing tape for yet another client. We politely asked her to record the 3 dresses she liked and we left highly disappointed.

I had a great experience trying dresses at Kelly Chase yesterday. Candace was so patient and helpful as I tried on a number of beautiful and unique dresses. I didn’t feel pressured at all and was so impressed with the quality and variety of styles the collection had to offer. I’ll be back soon to take a second peek as I try to finalize my choice. :)

I am so happy I chose to get my gown from Kelly Chase Couture! After searching a couple of places just upon walking into the shop I knew this would be where I found exactly what I wanted. Kelly and Chase are amazing and really helped with suggesting pieces that matched what style I was looking for and I felt beautiful and comfortable in the dress I chose and can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day :)

I went to Kelly Chase on my first attempt to find a wedding dress and let me tell you it was the BEST experience I could have ever imagined. Kelly, the designer, came in to the store that night to meet me and help me find my dress since she knew I was heading back to NYC in a few days (I live in NYC but my parents live in Naples). She was so wonderful — she was patient, she was honest and she let me try on so many dresses and let me really take my time with each one. She let me stay there for 3 hours — until 9pm! — with no complaints. Her dresses were GORGEOUS. Some of the prettiest dresses I have seen. While I was very close to finding THE dress, I didn’t end up buying from her because I am so indecisive, and wanted to keep looking when I got back to NYC. If you’re in the Naples area though and want to have the best experience trying on the most beautiful wedding dresses, go to her store! And it doesn’t hurt that her husband and her work together and he was there the whole time and was SO pleasant and provided wonderful customer service. I could go on on, but just take my word for it and go there!
