Stopped by today for the first time and experienced the best customer service of any subway I’ve been to by far. Lucia made the prettiest sub I have ever had, might sound silly but I’m just so used to people slapping ingredients on there and putting way too much of one thing and too little of something else etc. while they are in a hurry/don’t care. This obviously made my turkey sub that much better but I was just so blown away by the great customer service of Lucia and the other lady whose name I didn’t catch (sorry). Definitely sticking to this location from now on.

Idk how you can go wrong with subway, certainly not posh posh gourmet but its far and beyond McDonalds or other fast foods. Trips me out they even consider subway fast food I LOVE IT. I have fond memories of when this place opened first so many customers got free footlongs so me and the homies mobbed deep

This subway is the best because of an employee named Nora! I ran into really fast to grab dinner and my daughter had fallen asleep. Nora seen that my daughter was asleep and made sure my food was bagged up easily for me to carry and made sure that my daughters sandwich was perfect because she said she knows babies can be picky! She was just so sweet and took the extra step for customer service! She deserves a raise and I will definitely be back!!!

Subway honestly always has the best customer service ever I have never had a mean person make my sandwich and I love that but it’s sad how much rude people order sandwiches like the workers here deal with so much rude customers and there still nice which I love! I will always come to subway because every employee is awesome! And the sandwiches are great!

I absolutely love coming to this location ! Especially when Dustin and Brenda are working. What? On the same shift? What? On the same shift? Double whamie ! I usually. Ok. ALWAYS get the oven baked chicken breast. It’s so good only one drizzle of ranch though (I’m in a diet). The quality is consistent and the place is always spotless. No matter how many times I go I always get the «Hello, welcome to subway» greeting it’s nice. I like it. The restrooms have been clean and stocked as well. This might sound lame but the customer service here really is awesome. I think because of the way they treat me even if the meal was somewhat bleh (which its not) I would still come back. There is actually a location a little closer to my house but I make the extra drive just to go to this one because of the friendly staff. Well done by the hiring manager.

I usually run errands in this shopping plaza and in Bonita Subway is going to be your only choice for healthy food for the next couple of miles… which will be either Souplantation or Panera Bread. It’s not the best subway, I get greeted and I’m in and out in less than 5 – 7 minutes. I agree that the employees don’t have a lot of personality, but that’s Subway, they aim to have your sandwich completed in less than two minutes.

Went there over the weekend for lunch with the family. Sandwiches were prepared nicely, and the service was efficient and friendly. They even handled a difficult customer behind us in line with courtesy and patience.
We ate outside on the patio, and it was actually a really nice experience. Nice place to sit on a warm spring day.

not a bad particular location :) it was clean, we were greeted right away, and the staff was very friendly and awesome with their customer service. i ordered the oven roasted chicken with a buncha veggies, and cali style. i wanted a soup, so i asked to sample the green chile veggie soup. yum :) i went back to ask for oil and vinegar and the girl there was very accomodating. the staff did not seem like they hated their job! yay! lol
minus one-​star for being a little chintzy with their veg. i hadta ask for extra everything.
and hey, i know its just a subway, but i left very satisfied (and guilt-​free!). will prolly be a regular now that i have a park to run at nearby (Sweetwater Regional)…

If you’re looking for a quick and healthy lunch I think subways is way to go. The staff here are friendly and they haven’t messed up an order yet. I don’t know what it is about this parking lot the customers drive pretty fast and you have to keep your wits about you to keep from getting into an accident.

I go to this Subway at least once, sometimes three times a week. They have ALWAYS said hello when you walk in the door and of course make the sandwich exactly as I order and they’ve always been very nice

I’m a Subway fan, a customer of several locations and i appreciate decent customer service. This store reeks of customer service… stinks !!! At all other Subway locations that I’ve been to as you walk into the store you are greeted, normally «hello, welcome to Subway » Nothing here, just a stare… it was lunch time 12:45 pm, 3 visible employees and I was the 6th person in line, 2 customers ahead of me tried to order a Meatball sub, the female employee said there were none. I came in for a Meatball sub, so I asked, «Did I hear right, you’re out of Meatballs, yes she replied, I asked how long before there are more Meatballs, she asked another employee and they answered they don’t know». It’s lunch time, How do you run out of a product that’s so popular ?? The overall customer service really needs some help, Will no longer patronize this store and I will tell all to stay away !!!

pros… glad someone decided to rent out the space. looks pretty busy there too.
cons… don’t like all your flags and other advertising stuff flying around. also don’t like the blatant ripoff of Global Sidewalk Café interior color palette either. What other subway have you been in that has this same color scheme? none, only this one cause it took it from the global café a few stores down. well business is business.
