One of the best places in town, the did was amazing and our server was fantastic. They have done such a great job since they moved in here. The manager just went around making sure everything was all good and she was so nice. I got the loaded potato soup and im not exaggerating at all it was the best soup I’ve ever had. The cassadia i had was amazing too. I’m planning on taking my family next week!

We have a party of 35 and came in with a five minute notice and they handled us very well! Waiter Michael did a fantastic job! Food was wonderful and came or all at the same time! We couldn’t have been more pleased!

Excellent service and wonderful appetizers. Those chips really are bottomless! The Trippledipper tray was served hot and the strawberry lemonade was cold. Would of received 5 stars if not for the bathrooms. What a mess! I emailed corporate and I’ve yet to hear back.

I usually love chilis but the service here was absolutely horrible. Our waiter took our order and that was it. We did not receive our correct food order and never received any refills. We didn’t even receive our ticket so we paid on the little machine on the table and left… Ridiculous!

they advertise new york style cheese cake on the dessert menu but it is not even close. Its actually a soft creamy cheese cake that is not very good. Brian was the bartender/​server and he did a good job.

Tried this place for the last time today. We stopped for lunch today and had probably the worst restaurant experience I have ever had in my life. Should of known when we walked in and asked for a table not a booth because there were 5 of us. Te host asked if WE minded if he cleaned off the table first. ALL of us nearly busted our asses do to the grease on the tile floor. Waitress brings our drinks, no straws. Say will be right back with them. 5 minutes later we get them. Ordered Chips and salsa, walk passed our table 3 times with before she served it. Once order came (45 minutes, not like they’re busy. Only 12 people in restaurant) my burger had a stale bun (more like buns of steel). Asked for no onions. I think they added EXTRA onion. Brought out drink refills and there was something floating in the water glasses. I could go on but whats the point. THIS PLACE SUCKS ASS!!! Will never return. Corporate should consider closing this one.

We went to chilies hoping for a decent place to eat and what a disappointment. The place smelled awful when we walked in. The host seated 6 of us in a cramped booth. We asked our server for a larger table and it was a bother for her because she had to wipe down the larger table. We moved and the table still was filthy and there was food on the seats and the backs of them too. It was if she wiped all the mess on to the seats for us to sit in We tried to wipe them ourselves with our own wipes. We decided to leave without ordering since we were such a bother to our server. On the way out we told who we believed to be the manager who was sitting down and eating and at the same time rolling silverware for customers. How sanitary is that !! We told him how dirty the place was and he and another guy and our server just laughed. We will certainly never eat there again.

We had 2 items that should not have left the kitchen.
The flatbread was burned on one side;
The burger was over cooked, and the tomato on the burger had a large area in the center that I cut out.

Walked in and the sanitation grade was 90.5 and 7 tables were not bused. We weren’t helped quickly and left scared before being seated.

Hmmmm… let me just say my husband is an employee of the Chilis Boone, NC branch, we have been married about 4 years, i am 5 mos pregnant, and the SKEEZY night bartender girl 1: NOT ONLY OVERSERVED my husband on the night of 11÷2÷2013 2: WATCHED HIM GET IN HIS CAR AND DRIVE HOME THEN… 3: TEXT MY HUSBAND THE NEXT MORNING TO MAKE SURE HE GOT HOME OK (w/​a stupid winky face;). So, if thius is the type of disgusting, poorly-​managed place you dont mind to eat @ BE MY GUEST…

Three of the five plates brought to the table for us to share appetizers were visibly dirty and water stained… ICK!
My dry rubs ribs were pretty good… The sauce made them better… The margarita was pretty much all sour mix… It was practically too thick to drink… Ugh. My boyfriend’s sister didn’t enjoy her BBQ ribs at all…
The only reason there’s two stars here is for our server, Alaina… She was fast, friendly and fun…

Went to Chilis last night. Ordered the chili, 3 appetizers, and the avocado burger. The chili was the best of what we ordered and it was mediocre. The burger was way over cooked and lacked taste. The rest of the food was bland. However the wait staff was very pleasant. In total, I have no interest in ever eating there again.
