I have been the parent of a tenant of this group and I think they are great to work with. Tiffany is very responsive and always calls back in a timely manner. If you have problems with electronic payments or anything at all (like a parking pass) you can call her and she will help you. I have thoroughly enjoyed my association with Winkler for the past two years and hope to continue for at least two more.

Watauga, NC
One of, if not the worst rental company in Boone. The rent is grossly overpriced and the apartments are hardly worth the price. Overage fees are outrageous. Apartments and parking lots are poorly organized and poorly maintained. The winkler organization is generally just out to get as much of your money as they possibly can.
