They did an awesome job on my carpets they where very professional, stain treatment was cheap compared to other places iv had my carpets cleaned. carpets came out awesome and dryed within a couple hours and smells alot better then they did I would recommend this company

Like the other reviewer I would give this company «0» stars if possible. I initially hired them to clean the grout between the 12 inch tile I have in my kitchen and entryway. I specifically and directly asked them if they were able to clean grout. They replied «Yes». So, we hired them at a price of $ 80. Their employee showed up and scrubbed our entire floor with a rotary machine with a large pad on it. I could see where that would do the job of cleaning the tile, but not necessarily the grout. To make a long story short, the grout, which initially was a beige color, came out of the cleaning looking exactly the same as before the cleaning. The next day I called the company and was told the owner would not be back until the following Tuesday at which time he would return my call. He did not, and two days after I had to call him. He made every excuse in the book, said they would not refund the $ 80 (something I had not even asked for or expected), until finally getting tired of listening to his defensive excuses I just hung up. This owner knows nothing of customer service, knows nothing of operating a successful business. Avoid this company at all costs.

If I could give this place «0» stars I would. This unprofessional red neck guy showed up late smoking and walked into my house stinky with work boots on which were the dirtiest looking construction type boots I’ve ever seen. I should’ve sent him packing at that point but my hubby is the one that told me to hire him due to a recommendation so … Anyway … He cleaned my hallway carpet and two large rugs and actually made them dirtier and stink like a dirty wet dog! He told me that this was normal because the rugs were made of wool … Um, I know I didn’t have the word «stupid» written across my forehead. I didn’t argue cause he was a bit shady and I wanted him out of my house ASAP. Oh and this idiot started cleaning the carpet from the doorway towards into the house with his dirty shoes on so he was stepping on the «freshly» cleaned wet carpets with dirty shoes! I also noticed that the carpet was so soaked that it squished up water when I stepped on it. After he left, I covered all the cleaned areas with tons of towels and had to keep changing the towels with dry ones to soak up the water. Even doing this, I still had to wait 3 weeks before the carpet was completely dry. Afterwards, the carpet felt dirtier and felt like there was a sticky film on it. Oh and he dinged my furniture and baseboards. Everything about this service was wrong and awful on every level.
